DO NOT USE THEM! Terrible! My flowers arrived dying. As a former Florist, I was appalled that they would send out roses, greenery, lilies and alstroemeria that dead. I called for new flowers and they said she would deliver a new arrangement. They never came. I called back and the lady said they would deliver a "smaller arrangement." I said I would prefer a refund. Then she accused me of stealing her property by not giving the vase back, and she refused the refund. This woman yelled at me. It was the absolute worst customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the plant that I received. First, the Poinsettia plant was left outside for 2 hour in the cold below 40 degrees which tropicals can not withstand this. The gift giver requested a call first prior to delivery which they did not. Second, the plant is loosing its leaves and is not a completely full plant i.e. only fullness in the front there is no stems or leaves on the back or one side of the plant. They advertise "We have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectation, please let us know. We value you as a customer, It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention." Well ,when I called to comment they were very rude and refused to pass me on to the manager. They even hung up!!! This is definitely not good customer service!!! They should not be in business if they treat their customers like this!!!!!!

I was sent a teleflora arrangement where they were the contracted provider. The floral arrangement was undervalued and had flowers that were farther along in the life span and rather brown on edges and falling of the stem. The owner was very combative and rude and refused to assist in replacing them. She only offered for me to have to drive to her shop and replace some of the flowers that were not acceptable after the florist who arranged order in NY called to tell her he saw the pictures and they were undervalued . It is poor service to demand that an unhappy customer not have a replacement. I will never do business with them and buyer beware!

Still waiting for my Valentine's Day 2017 flowers to be delivered! Husband has called twice to find out why they weren't delivered. They were very apologetic and said they would be delivered by today. Nope. Nothing delivered. In my opinion those flowers should have been delivered first thing this morning. They have lost a long time customer!

I was incredibly disappointed in their service and quality of the corsage. It was the worst corsage I have ever seen. It was bulky, and the wrist band came off. The ribbon looked cheap. When I called to let them know that the wrist band was too lose. They said to fix it yourself. Not returning there again needless to say.

Horrible and such a rip-off.i received flowers for Valentine's day and the quality was very poor , the water and vase was dirty....not only that but they delivered the flowers in a carton box. What kind of business they are running..I will definitely report that to the consumer affairs....... Unacceptable
