The UPS Store

This UPS store is located in a great location with lots of parking available. I do not mind driveing pass 2 UPS store to go pick up an iteam here or drop off a return. The other UPS stores closer to home or even work have Zero parking. Staff is always welcomeing and love the fast attention to serve the customer.

Best customer service I've experienced in years!
I was there on 2/26/2022 just before the store
closed for the day. The Amazon return system required customer send email for return label. I didn't have my reading glasses and couldn't. As I was about to leave the UPS Representative volunteered to send email on my cell phone. The other Representative quickly retrieved label from
printer. Great job guys!

I been there a couple of times. 2 staffers but very friendly one thin individual. He is courteous, attentive and helped me each time. Also very fast attention with almost zero wait time. Today I needed a small ship box and they had the exact perfect size for what I needed to ship. The only caveat is small $2 fee charge for printing their own UPS label. But is is ok since is small fee.

They are superfriendly, great place to do Notary and printing , amazon returns Etc.

Not sure why this is rated so poorly, I pretty much just go here all the time for amazon returns and they have been great all the time! Friendly and helpful, and patient as I fumble for my QR codes

The clerks are unfailingly friendly and helpful. They even directed me to the closest UPS box pickup when I missed their deadline. Very pleased.

I always get fast efficient service at this location - and they have ample parking which is a huge plus. The staff a friendly and courteous and I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes.
