Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk Chesapeake

We were greeted promptly by Tabitha who was very accommodating. We arrived around 1:00pm after a ten hour dive and even though it was too early to check in, she found a room that was ready and we were able to go straight to our room to sleep. The room was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had no complaints. The hotel had a great location to many restaurants that were with a two mile radius. Would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the lack of a breakfast bar.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Mariott and I travel a lot. The entire staff was extremely pleasant. From the amazing front desk staff to Brandi at the restaurant. They only person that was rude was a male housekeeper but that didn't outweigh the wonderful customer service I received while there. I will certainly be back!

Clean, quiet, great parking. Close to restaurants but not immediately beside them so it’s undisturbed by lights and traffic. Turned out to be much farther away than it seemed to be but that’s on me for not paying better attention. I’d still stay here because it’s really one of the cleanest and best rated hotels in the immediate Norfolk area.

The staff member was new and it took a while to check in bc computers went down. Still they were very friendly and communicative. The coffee barista didn’t know how to make anything except a cup of coffee, so don’t bank on an in house latte or espresso. But that’s a minor issues for an otherwise nice stay.

We got the suite for 3 nights. The staff was so so nice and the room was very clean. The cleaners did an amazing job each day cleaning up and gives us fresh towels. I honestly have no bad thing to say about this hotel. When we come in to visit family again we definitely will be using this as our hotel for now on. Please give the staff a raise!!

A nice Marriott property…public spaces are clean and comfortable…the local area seems to be safe…the staff were friendly and helpful …. the room was spacious and well equipped for getting some work done on my laptop.

On Sept 1, my family came to town for my cousin’s wedding. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating; I was especially impressed with Sonya and Asia. They were awesome and always greeted me and my family with smiling faces. They definitely went above and beyond for us. We stayed for two nights. The hotel is clean and quiet. The one downside is that breakfast is not included. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would definitely stay there again.

What a great staff, from check in to check out! Front desk staff, Virginia, was so accommodating, as we had one of our elder family member in need of handicap room. As we sat in the lobby in the evenings, the front desk worked very hard between the Bistro & desk full of clients, still with smiles & warm spirits! Highly recommend this property‼

Excellent customer service and friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Our visit to Virginia Beach was amazing after many years of not visiting.

I got a suite with a pull out couch. The bed was super comfortable and clean. I requested a balcony room, it wasn’t a full balcony but it was resourceful. The bathroom was very updated, glass stand up shower. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very welcoming!!! I stayed there last weekend and this past weekend. This will always be my to go hotel to relax and meditate. The pool was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much for a AWESOME WEEKEND STAY!!!!!

If You're looking for a Comfortable, convenient stay, this Courtyard Marriott is the One for You. The front desk staff is amazing and personable with guest. They all give You that " Home Away From Home" feeling. Housekeeping is professional and show attention to detail at all times. Love the sharp tucked sheets and comforters.😍
There's a Bisto that has a great Menu with various selections to choose.

I am a Hilton person through and through but this particular Marriott has me questioning my decisions. The front desk lady was very hospitable, the room was very clean and comfortable, overall it has been a nice experience 👍

The hotel is a "Standard" Courtyard Hotel. The room was very clean. Quiet. Very good location. Nice area to go for a nice morning walk.

I was at the hotel to attend the 3 wheel motorcycle training. We used the main conference room, it was very clean and they had water set up for us. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathrooms were clean. The food area was also very clean and the overall feel was welcoming. I didn't stay overnight so I cannot speak to that.

Just stopped through on a long drive. Was there long enough to enjoy a drink from the bar, shower, and sleep. The room was perfect for a good night's rest. Bed was super comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The bar tender was friendly and eager to assist.

Everything Was Good EXCEPT The Stuff In The Bathroom They Didn't Refill The Bodywasher And Stuff But Overall I Enjoyed My Stay The Staff Was Wonderful Made Sure U Was Taken Care Of

My room was spotlessly clean, the desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. For the modest price, the room was very nice. The only food on site is a Starbucks-esque cafe in the lobby, but more options are available within a very short driving distance.
