T.J. Maxx

Who knew T.J. Maxx was the place to get dog toys at? A friend recently recommended that I come here for dog toys & they had SOOO many! I left with a bunch for a good price.

Great selection, well organized and clean. Very customer service oriented staff.

Today, my girl, my daughter and I went to this T.J. Maxx. My girl absolutely loves shopping at department stores like these, and when she sees things she likes she loves to toss them in the cart. While we were shopping here on 4/12, she found a box with a pretty wildflower design on it. My girl really likes wildflower stuff because she likes to theme our daughter's parties and aesthetic around it. The box, sadly, didn't have a price tag accompanying it. I took the box, and brought it to the first employee I saw. I talked with a man named Mr. White, who was one of the most kind, and respectful managers I've met working in a retail space in a long time. I genuinely appreciate people like him because they make the shopping experience 10x easier on customers like my girl and I, and show that good customer service isn't a thing of the past. Mr. White, I apologize if I've gotten your name wrong, but I hope you read this. You've helped me put a smile on my girl's face, and that's all I could ever ask for.

Always comes through for me. Had a little girls birthday party in 30 minutes. I was in and out in less than 10 and was super excited to give her her present. Gift and gift bag/1 stop shop :)

I love the portsmouth/Frederick blvd store,
But you need to invest some police or something in there to make your customers safe. I see how you feel about you employees. It's really sad. When. You walk in you see people walking out that has stole from your store. But we as the customer make up the difference when we pay for the theft. Bad for the consumer good for Your Business

There are lots of good deals here. I bought several things and saved about half as much as I spent. They have purses, candy, health and beauty, men's and women's clothing and things for the house to name a few. Service was good.

Shopping trip to T.J. Maxx was wonderful. Their decor draws you in, and the atmosphere is quiet; a mild fragrance in the store was really nice. The store is clean, and so well and conveniently organized! Items reasonably priced! I will definitely make more trips there!

I have been in TJ Max stores in NW Georgia and in Virginia. I love the cleanliness and variety of the stores. The prices and selections are great.

The customer service was really great. The prices are low for GOOD QUALITY clothes. $20 for jeans. $17 for a cardigan. $4 for CHI dry shampoo. Not bad honestly. I love this store.

I absolutely adore TJMaxx! I feel like I always find something different and nifty! I'm a bargain shopper so I usually hit up the clearance sections first. The best time to for their clearance sales is between seasons. They'll often mark their clearance down even more, going from a red ticket to a yellow ticket. I like to buy clothes, shoes, candles, and hygiene items from them. The only drawback sometimes is their shoe selection. I wear a size 10 and I wish they had more of a selection in this size. It seems like compared to the size 7 and 8 section, there's much to be desired in my shoe size. I guess that just depends on the size of the store though. I would highly recommend shopping here.

They had a wide variety of options in clothing. I didn't end up buying anything. But got a chance to just walk around and look.

I love TJ Maxx and it's a good thing I don't live really close to the store. I'd be there all the time! They have high quality products at very good prices. Also, a very user friendly return policy, in case something I bought doesn't work out.

Love TJ Maxx. Its my favorite of the discount stores. Inventory moves quickly and is replaced often. I have found many great, one (or two) of a kind items here. I like that the store is well organized and I never feel rushed. The only problem is the dressing room attendant can be a little aggressive in her attempt to thwart shoplifting--you cant assume every customer is a theif.

Love this place great prices and plenty of nice things to chose from

It was really busy this weekend but all the workers were so polite and keeping up with sanitizing their areas, carts, and making sure the line was flowing fast.
