Great experience with Christopher Foddrell, sold me my first Ford Bronco yesterday and went to lengths to make it an easy and comfortable environment. He let me test drive multiple models, and went through all the differences between them keeping in mind my preferences. We were able to get the color and exact car I wanted and I am so excited to now be the owner! Highly recommended him as your sales associate.

I was originally just looking around for a used vehicle at the dealership with my daughter, but ended up purchasing a vehicle on this past Saturday. I just couldn’t pass it up. I had an awesome salesman named Jose. He didn’t pressure me into buying and was very upfront about everything. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you need assistance with purchasing a vehicle!

I’ve been to other dealerships including Ford but the care and treatment you all provided and extended to my husband and I was by far the best. The upfront communication from Malik in the finance department and the patience and level of understanding provided was phenomenal. I see why Daniel is the #1 salesperson. Where to start about my unexpectedly delightful experience of buying a used car? Best deal? Check! (And by a longshot – – Koons’ price was almost $1500 below Carfax price). I did my homework. And they did not flinch when I asked for more off the price; they agreed. Meticulous attention to details of the vehicle? Check! The used car I drove from the lot was practically as good as new. The attention to detail also applied to all aspects of the sale. They made sure I was clearly informed all along. Everyone there made the process a whole lot friendlier than when I bought my previous Honda from a well-known local dealer that pushed and pushed to add items to the sale and later reneged on honoring a paint warranty I had bought. And that other dealer charged for everything they possibly could! Anyway, I have not met a salesman like Benjamin: he could not have been more friendly and professional. Ask for him! I never felt any sales pressure because there was none. Convenience? Check! They offered to – – and delivered – – the car to me, changing their delivery to adjust to my sudden schedule change . One surprise: the person who had traded in the car had left only one key fob (I had assumed the car would come with two fobs, as my previous Honda had). But Ghani made sure I’d have two keys, even after the car had been purchased. Not a penny more was charged ( an expensive item)! The dealer from whom I bought my first Honda – – new-– would not have done anything close. At Koons there was not a single moment of pushy, salesmanship, and the sales and technical people did their job with a commitment to quality and excellence. Am I happy customer? Yes! And I know I’ll be saying the same, years from now.

We bought a new Ford Mustang Mack- E with Karen providing excellent support from start to finish. She has amazing knowledge of cars and made sure the entire purchasing process was smooth and stress free. She gave us a great deal. The after-sales followup was also exceptional. From what I could tell, Karen may be the only woman car dealer at this place - and she was THE best. Highly recommended.

Karen and Adam (the GM) were great at helping me resolve my issue. I definitely recommend going to Karen as she’s also bilingual. I ended up getting a 24” Ecoboost Mustang!

I recently went here for a specific SUV but unfortunately it was sold by time I arrived. The staff, specifically Orlando Gomez, the manager who is a pleasure and the financial guru Chris made this a great purchase a good time. They had an even better vehicle in stock for me, I received a great deal, and the paperwork was easy. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional and spent all the time needed to find a deal that was right for me. They offered me a great deal for my old trade in and found the best extended warranty for my new to me car at an excellent price! It was a pleasure to work with Vernon Cochran when I bought the 2020 Jeep Cherokee from him. Jose, our sales consultant was honest from the moment he picked up the phone. I was looking for a specific truck. He said the dealership had one on the lot. I was scheduled to come in the next day. A few minutes later, he called back to let me know that someone was already scheduled to come see it in the morning but he would let me know before traveling if the truck would still be available. I really appreciated his work ethic. Jose could have had me come in and try to sell me something I didn’t want. It ended up working out that the truck was able to purchase.

I purchased a 2023 Escape on Saturday Jan 27. My salesman at Koons Ford was Frederik. He was excellent, helpful with helping choose our vehicle, showing us features , explaining different models, and in general guiding through the process. Fred is affable and easy to talk to. He is focused and efficient at helping us understand the features that are new on the car and how to use them. He completed the final prep work and answered all our questions. I would say Koons is very lucky to have Fred on its sales staff because he is very customer oriented.
