Michael is a great realtor. This is the third time we've used his services and each time has been hugely successful. Because his expertise in purchasing and selling homes is exceptional, we were able to sell two homes, each within 24 hours (and one of those homes had multiple offers and was sold this past Sept when the market was a bit precarious and much slower than it had been in previous months). Mike studies and knows the market and communicates what he knows so that his clients can have the best outcome. Along with that, he takes to heart his clients' concerns and time line as he offers recommendations.

As a young first time home buyer, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from the process. AnaCristina did a great job of walking me through each step so that I wasn't completely lost. She showed me what to look out for when buying a home and how to tell if certain aspects might need some work. Throughout the process, she really went above and beyond. She even helped me with getting out of my current lease. AnaCristina was always professional and let me know if she thought she was going to be a few minutes late to a showing. From hearing others' experiences with realtors, I was worried that she would potentially be pushy. However, AnaCristina understood that I needed more time to process before making a decision and understood when a house that technically checked all my boxes wasn't actually the right one for me. Overall, working with her was a great experience.

Mike is our realtor and he helped us find a beautiful home that we can't wait to move into!
