Pamela was amazing (as usual). I went in to get my shoulder length hair cut into a spunky pixie. Excited by the drastic change, she got to work. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I’m very low maintenance and she gave me a cut that’s easy to take care of, versatile and super fun.
She’s easygoing, and Botanical Salon is reasonably priced for the expert care your hair gets. There’s great products available for purchase.

I always get the best cut and color for my hair at a great price. Pamela takes the time to hear what I want, and makes great suggestions, ( I have thinning hair and some stubborn cowlicks). And I love the hair products she recommends for me. She also does wonderful manicures. I always leave looking great.

Pamula is absolutely fantastic. I've been going there for 2 years now, my hair was so damaged and she bought my hair back to life. She is such an amazing hairdresser. She makes you feel so special when your there. I will never go to anyone else to do my hair. She goes above and beyond for everyone. She is simply the best. I was searching for hair coloring service and was suggested to get in touch with Botanical Salon – J Beverly Hills Concept with my requirements. They provided top quality hair coloring service with the help of well experienced professionals. They offered me customized hair extensions to make my hair to look fuller and longer.

Botanical Salon – J Beverly Hills Concept provided me hair highlighting service which improved the condition of my hair. They offered me eyelash extensions which were customized according to my face. They provided me gel nails which were very gentle and safe for me to wear them.

Have tried to redeem a coupon I ordered 3 days in a row now. Business hours say she is open Tuesday through Sunday starting at 10am. I have shown up around 10:30 each day and the door is locked, open sign turned off. I called the number, no reply. Today, the mailman walked by and said, "She's always late. Been like that for awhile now." I understand life happens. I don't know this woman's story. Maybe a family emergency? But c'mon. If it's multiple days in a row, put a sign on your door explaining a good contact number or time of return, or SOME sort of explanation. This is just bad business. I am calling the coupon company LocalFlavor and demand my money back. Not gonna keep wasting my time.

Tried to schedule a manicure and pedicure without luck. She would respond but would ask for my availability and never respond. Schedule and cancel.
