Kohls is the best store ever. Great prices, merchandise and service. A lovely lady by the name of Denise helped me in customer service today. She was so friendly and helpful. She made my day. This is why I continue to be a regular kohls customer. Keep it up Kohls! 😊

very relaxed shopping experience. Found more than what I went for. Denise, the checkout person was so nice and helpful and really took the time to handle my checkout experience. She deserves a medal for kindness and knowing the business of customer service.

Shopped the Kohl's store at 124th & North in Brookfield, WI and was very pleased with my shopping experience. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but the store now has self checkout registers and it was a breeze to get checked out... no line,,, and I was able to enter the 40% off coupon with absolutely no problems. There were a number of customers waiting in line at the associate manned registers... but that's on them, they didn't have to, the self checkouts at this Kohl's store were hassle free and fast.

Wonderful shopping experience at Sephora. Associate named Lisa was a gem. She helped me with my signature perfume, Philosophy Amazing Grace. Happy Holidays !

Great Sales girl and not pushy

We have been and were looking for a new set of "pots and pans," which was why we were in the store. We checked out what was available, and what their prices were, and then we went home and checked out the reviews each offering. We like Kohl's and feel that generally their prices are well within our grasp. After a thoroughly researching, we decided upon the product we wanted, and knew what we had to pay for it - such as a 30% discount, a $50 gift card, a $5 anniversary card from Kohl's - actually two of them, and some ready cash to lower the amount on my Kohl's card. When we got to the check out area, we were met by a very nice woman who asked us to check out at the "DIY" line - we declined and told the woman why (our methods of payment) and then she invited us to go with her to a "regular" check out lane, where she finished the transaction for us. We had a lovely conversation with her during the check out period (my Irish Rugby t-shirt started tat), and then said goodbye, thanking her for a very nice experience.

The associate who helped me, Denise, went out of way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for your assistance!

I had the best experience in Sephora from Satara! (Sorry if I misspelled your name!!) The foundation I have been using has been making me break out and she gave great recommendations based off of what I wanted and what my skin needed. She also educated me on primers and other tips for my skin! She color matched me effortlessly and even gave me some samples that I will be coming back for! I hope to come back and have her get me all set up with a new make up routine. Even when I checked out for clothes that I was purchasing the ladies that assisted me were amazing as well. My best experience in Kohls! Thank you ladies!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my time at Kohl's on 124th & North Ave. tonight and i wasnt even there to buy anything! I was doing a huge return and there were several glitches in our functions, my phone, their machine, their printer, but Joshua hung in there through it all like a trooper!! And Cedric really came to the rescue on a few of the processes. Between the two of them, the three of us, we got it done and i was so pleased with their Above and Beyond Service in the face of heavy challenge and adversity!!! Champions in every way!!! Thank you again, Joshua and Cedric!!!

Leslie in shoes was so helpful. She took my call, found the shoes I wanted, and when they did not have my size in stock, found them at another store and had them hold them for me. She was wonderful!

Love the location and I used to be able to find things easily, however, now things are being rearranged. Oh well! Still my favorite location to shop.

I love the sales, it usually a good experience at Kohl's but I was cheated and I'm upset about it. They have new self check out machines and the prices ring up higher than the posted price. The machine said it was giving me the friend and family discount and I scanned my kohls cash but the price never changed. The cashier assistant said I had the credit but I knew better. I asked her to cancel the order and went to customer service for help. The price was correct when they did it, but I realized that my purchase from the week earlier had a similar problem. Now i have to take my receipt back from last week to get an adjustment.

It's a nice store and I was able to find everything I needed. The self checkout was very easy to use.

Always a pleasant atmosphere regardless which store

I had an issue yesterday where my Kohl's Cash slip did not have the $30 on it that I was supposed to get. I called them up and we were able to promptly work it out without fuss. The went **above and beyond** to rectify the situation. Big thank you for your help!

Clean store. Wide aisles. Ample selections. Friendly associates. Even the Amazon clerk.
