Very helpful staff: an employee who was conversing with her son stopped to help me find an ornament saying oh I can talk with him some other time"! Glad these small brick and mortar stores still exist, with friendly, real people!

This is a dangerous story for me! They have SO many fun things! Especially this month! Definitely my favorite Hallmark by far!

Ditto to the above comments. I was there today to get Birthday card for my soon-to-be granddaughter. Went to Hallmark offerings for the month and took advantage of the buy one get the second one for 50% off. Complete satisfied with the choices and the price.

The staff at the 124th location is exceptional. Service was above and beyond. A customer entered the store looking for masks. The store employee quickly offered assistance. It was obvious the customer would have trouble getting around the store so the employee picked out a selection of masks while the customer waited at the register. The customer then stated she needed a card. The employee asked for a few details on the type of card and once again sprang into action. The employee selected a few cards that may be appropriate and presented to the customer.

You made the shopping experience for this customer extremely easy.
It is this type of service that keeps customers coming back!

Beyond a vendor / customer transaction this was a demonstration of kindness and compassion for another ‘person’.

Frequent shopper. Pleasant staff, reasonably priced and great displays. Today, "Cinco de Mayo," was time for a pre-Mother's Day stop. Found a wonderful card and a share of dark chocolate almonds. As usual, I had a difficult time finding my coupons from Hallmark Crown, Lynette was extremely patient with me as I had to exit the store to get a signal and pull up my rewards. She assisted me with locating the correct coupons for $7. The card itself was $7.99! I scored on that one this time. I have left without getting my discount in the past because I didn't want to hold up those behind me. Today was a good day to capitalize and I did 😌. I will continue to go and browse a great store with fantastic 👏 help.

I love all the cards and stuff there. The staff are so friendly and helpful you if you are looking for something special or just need a hand looking. I bought 3 pairs of socks from there and 2 cards and a stuffed knome

If you are a store & needing an example on how to handle the latest Squishmallow fad, take a look at this store. Lisa, the manager has been really communicative to the Squishmallow hunters in Wisconsin about availability & stock to the point a group was created for the Frederick Hallmark stores to communicate their inventory to make it easier & less hectic for us to shop. I’m not in a close enough distance to feel comfortable driving an hour and a half for squish so I ordered over the phone & they do offer shipping at this location! I felt bad cause I was in a rush due to calling on my lunch at work. Lisa called for backup and she made sure to take care of me quickly so I could get back to my job. This store really achieves in advocating for their customer

Lisa, the store manager, saved the day! When I called to see if they received my wish list for ornament premier, they didn’t. I was super bummed and worried now that I wouldn’t get any of our ornaments. Lisa took the time to take all my information and wish list over the phone!! She went the extra mile to make me a happy customer! I will recommend this store to anyone looking for a hallmark!!

Definitely my new favorite place to buy squishmallows, I haven't been to many places with a large stock due to resellers buying out a lot of them quickly but they always have a large stock and for a good price!! <3

Just talked to Paula @ my Hallmark store in Elm room Mall on 124th /North Ave . She will search stock for a Monarch butterfly card of cred . I could have it brought out to my W75 car but I will go in to buy it . How cool is that service to U.. 🤔

It is hard to find a great card for a 15 year old. Went to 4 stores then I saw the hallmark. Got the perfect card. They have chocolate shop and masks for the virus.

It’s a nice store that has a ton of unique items. My wife had a good time shopping here.
