Mayra is a phenomenal employee and assisted us with so many seperate concerns we had today. Adding devices, watches, and ordering phones. As well as cancelling one device. She was super helpful and informed us on all options and promos!

Mayra was amazing. She had so much patience with us answer all of our questions and just went above and beyond helping us. Will be back!

The AT&T in Falls Church has the BEST customer service. My husband and I went to turn in my Note Android a couple of weeks ago, and our Sales Expert, Vy and Thanh were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all my questions about the replacement options. They also helped me transfer my files from the old phone, and she invited us to come back to the store if we had any questions about the phone or the service.
If that weren't enough, they reviewed my current plan and informed us of cost savings and efficiencies we were missing as a result of an old plan that I was on. If could give Vy and Thanh 10 stars, I absolutely would. They made the process seamless and educational.

Vy & Sean are fabulous! They made my day so much better. My IPHONE got wet and wouldn’t come back on. They checked to see if I had insurance, which I did and processed the claim for me. Great people to do business with.
