Super 8 by Wyndham Alexandria/Washington D.C. Area

Awesome hotel. It was inexpensive so was surprised at the style and type of room. Huge/desk table with nice office chair. Went out thrift storing in Saturday and when we returned there were fresh sheets on the beds. Towels with the fancy folded wash cloths as there were when we checked in. Was made aware no frig or microwave. Understood that from a stay in Suffolk Va. last year. Big write up in the room about how they are stolen along with sheets and towels. Sad. Service checking in late at night was efficient and friendly. Was very happy and hope to visit
again!!

Very clean and spacious rooms , room services are good . Checked in around 2am ,Front desk guy was helpful.definitely will stay next time.

I find myself compelled to extend a compliment to the manager of this fine establishment, Elizabeth, whose expert handling of the refund for my cancelled trip was nothing short of exemplary. Despite encountering unhelpful, unknowledgeable and even discourteous attitudes from the personnel at Wyndham corporate office, Elizabeth's professionalism and dedication to customer service enabled me to navigate the issue with ease. With such a remarkable manager as Elizabeth at the helm, there is no doubt that this hotel shall continue to thrive and prosper. I do hope to have the pleasure of staying at this splendid establishment someday in the near future

I ended up staying at the Super 8 for around three months. During that time I had amazing service! The breakfast was good and always stocked every morning. Smiles every time I went to the front desk and or dealing with house keeping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone at any time.

I enjoyed my short stay. Room was very clean, customer service was great yes I was satisfied with my stay.

Not the stay but the employee in how very bad his services are. A friend of mines who is a female is being harassed by a bunch of guys almost as if they were trying to do something unusual to her . So she called after I got off and I came to help with the situation and we then went to the front desk and ask for her to be moved to the front side
think that guy needs to have consequences to him and because she's being harassed and the guy says he cannot because it's not an issue and I have to go to work she's a female and there are 3 guys driving and sitting in the car as if there waiting for her to be alone . They look up to no good but I I am a mixed martial arts with every skill but that employee he needs to be set straight because I cannot leave a friend in that situation so I'm not able to go to work tonight. 02/18/2021 time 3:25 pm

I was staying in the Daysinn connected and let me tell you, for my first time, the receptionist- Dayna- at the super 8 hotel was so helpful. More helpful that the daysinn receptionist (who was so rude). Dayana helped us plan our entire day at Washington DC! If it weren’t for her we would have had a bad trip. I would love to stay at this super 8 next time.

The best customer service experience, nice room, great rate. Dave, LaKayla & Jazmine made me feel welcomed at all times !!! I will be back to visit, soon !! Sorta feel like they are family now and I hated to leave ! Y'all rock !!!

Very clean place to stay if you are visiting washington dc. walking distance to ihop and other eateries and cheap uber to all the attractions. No need to rent a car.

My go to stay! when I am in town The rooms are clean and I never have a problem with check ins or anything just in and out

called super 8 at wyndham before booking a room so i could ask about early check in. the hotel clerk immediately offered courtesy early check in at 8am!

At this point is my first day at the super 8 so I will give it this many stars for today I have three more days here so I will let you know update later

Rooms were nice with access to food and great shopping. Right near the highway easy access to Washington DC.
