When our old American family agent retired we were passed on to Joe. I have had great confidence since first meeting him. He is friendly, considerate, and I truly feel he cares about his customers. He recommends new products but he’s not pushy and takes into consideration his clients budgets.He keeps in contact through Christmas /birthday cards and also yearly check-in’s to make sure he’s providing the best coverage. I highly recommend his agency as he and his secretary are very friendly and prompt in returning calls 🙂

I was in a car accident. The other driver T-boned me as I was turning left. It was a 30 mph zone and their car was estimated to be speeding between 50 & 60 miles per hour. Of course they had no insurance. Put me in the hospital for 5 days. American Family
paid the total amount of my uninsured coverage with virtually no questions asked (other than what happened). Also, the Krolikowski Agency would be a great agency to go through (as they are as professional as any company in the business.

Amazing support! I know that I can call and get help right away. When I needed a copy of my insurance card it was in my email within 5 minutes. When I purchased my home Jamie proactively reviewed all of my policies to make sure that I was getting the right coverage as my car aged. Any agency can provide insurance but you can’t duplicate the level of service you get not only in emergency situations but in every interaction.
