Okay, so if you’re in need of a new pharmacy don’t hesitate to make the switch...I am sure glad I did! The pharmacist and staff are always courteous and quick to assist with any questions you may have. I highly recommend them... kudos to the staff for the amazing service as always😃

In 78 years, I have never found a pharmacy like this one where everyone is so caring, understanding, watches the prescription costs, and is so considerate and thoughtful. Mike the pharmacist watches over my drug regimen and counsels me on potential interactions and always helps me find a cost effective solution to my therapy. The delivery driver was so friendly and provided this free service with a smile. This will always be my pharmacy of choice. My previous pharmacy closed and I was blessed to find Puddledock Pharmacy!

This is our new Pharmacy. We love it. We love the staff. I will never go anywhere else. For my Pharmacy needs with definitely definitely definitely recommend this free anybody. They're so helpful. So polite as such a clean place. I can't say enough about benzers.

Wonderful friendly staff. Delivery service is very helpful and fast. Always on top of all our family's scripts, verifying if they're a replacement on additional med, checking for contraindications and making sure we understand instructions. They went above and beyond to help my doctor get a specialty medicine approved by my insurance. They also reached out to the manufacturer to request samples, coupons or financial assistance to cover the cost until the insurance company would cover the costs.

I truly appreciate this Pharmacy! The convenience of delivering my medication, and the prices are very reasonable. I have always been treated with respect and privacy is their top priority, which I do value. I will never leave Puddleduck Pharmacy!

I went to Benzer, just to see what they were all about, and transferred everything the same day. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They make you feel as if you're a person and not just money (the prices are awesome compared to my previous pharmacy) , from welcoming me as soon as I walk in to greeting me by my name. They're very accommodating when it comes to my prescriptions. I see myself sticking with Benzer for awhile.

This place is amazing! At Walgreens my prescription would’ve been $140, Rachel took over and helped so much, now I only pay $25 with Benzer! They all are so friendly and have great attitudes when you walk in the door. Highly recommend going here!

I have used other independent pharmacies, but I must say that Benzer is by far the best in Prince George/Colonial Heights! Very friendly helpful staff, they recognize me upon walking in the door. If there’s an issue with my medication they tell me. Today 5/16/19, my doctor had written a script that needed a minor alteration. The pharmacist came outside and caught me as I was leaving to let me know the issue. 100% world class service! I will be recommending to everyone I know.

Miles above all other pharmacies. Staff is fabulous, bend over backward to help (nice to talk to, too---can't say that about grouchy, rude, too-slow staff at the big stores). No wonder it's getting all five stars from everyone! It deserves it. I left my credit on the counter by mistake and the phone call from Puddledock staff Mike was already on the answering machine when I got home. You just can't beat these folks. As an aside, I used a small family owned pharmacy in another state before moving here, and while they were nice people, they were inefficient and slow as molasses. It's not just niceness that counts. It's also competence and respect for the customer's time.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
They check to find the cheapest price for my prescriptions. Sometimes it is cheaper to pay out of pocket rather than use your insurance. I did not know this and they have saved me a substantial amount of money by checking .

I absolutely love this pharmacy! Not only do I use them personally but also for work related reasons. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! A big plus - they will deliver if you're in their delivery zone.

Benzer Pharmacy is our new Pharmacy that started taking care of our family after our old pharmacy closed down. I currently travel about an hour out of my way just to get there. The crazy thing is that I pass the CVS and Walmart that’s 3 mins away from my house to get to them. The staff are great and do everything possible to help my family with our needs. Even though I’d did not like the fact that my original Pharmacy closed down because the staff was excellent Benzer has been a great replacement.

You guys are great. Love John and have been his customer forever. Everyone here is doing great and I wouldn't ever change pharmacies! Keep up the wonderful job.

A "mom & pop" pharmacy that CARES! They probably care more than your doctor! My doctor would not refill a prescription that I have been on since I was 21 years old, I am now 35. They just decided not to refill it, without consulting me or letting me know so I could ween myself off. After getting hung up on by my drs office and no answers, the angelic lady at Puddledock,(I didn't get her name) called on my behalf (after already requesting the refill previously). Within 40 minutes I got a call back from the pharmacy, saying my script was being refilled. Thank you Puddledock Pharmacy and staff that go above and beyond!! This was so much appreciated, you have no idea. Thank you thank you, thank you!!!

Much faster turnaround than some local chains- I was in and out quicker than I anticipated. Rachel and Shannon are very pleasant to deal with, and answered my questions clearly. My wife works near there and sometimes has her medicine delivered for free. Highly recommended.

Best pharmacy hands down! I have used three others in the Tri-cities area and they are not even close. Customer service and pricing are top notch.

Absolutely wonderful. We have compared prices on several of our medications and their price was so significantly lower ! $82 versus $22 was the latest example. Good bye Walgreens !
