Walmart Supercenter

The Bakery was a great experience! We came in and got a ready made cake and the person working counter was friendly and wrote on the cake for us in the color we asked for! Awesome job!

Oh my goodness.....I went in to speak to someone in the jewelry department. A girl named Aspen, (whom I'd never met before called for someone to meet me at the counter. After quite some time, Aspen asked what I needed help with. My husband and I had worked a week or two for forever to get a pendant that slipped off the necklace back on right. No matter what we tried or how we tried it, we could NOT get it on correctly. Aspen asked if she could see it, as we're were STILL WAITING on someone to come help and NEVER showed up. I told her sure thing. I figured a set of fresh young eyes had a better chance of getting it than my 62 y/o, old diabetic eyes with retinopathy, and a few other things. It took a bit of finangling, but ASPEN GOT IT. PRAISE THE LORD!!!! I WAS TICKLED PINK. I HUGGED THAT GIRL SO TIGHT AND OFFERED HER MONEY, BUT SHE REFUSED AND SAID. IT WAS HER PLEASURE TO HELP ME! THAT PRECIOUS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE. IVE NEVER MET A NICER WALMART EMPLOYEE IN MY LIFE. ALL OTHERS THAT WORK THERE ACT LIKE THEY ARE AFRAID TO SPEAK BECAUSE CUSTOMERS MIGHT ACTUALLY NEED SOME HELP. I HAD AN EMPLOYEE STANDING 3 FEET FROM ME, ACTUALLY WATCH ME CLIMB A SHELF TO GET WHAT I NEEDED. ID TRIED TO GET HIS ATTENTION BUT WAS IGNORED. I HAVE A BAD BACK AND KNEE AND WAS IN A SCOOTER, BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM TO BOTHER HIM ANY. ASPEN GETS A BIG THUMBS 👍 UP FROM ME!

I wish people would be more patient with the Walmart curb-side employees..they try to get orders out as fast as they can and most of them are young people…we need to be more courteous of their feelings…none of us are perfect…you guys are doing an outstanding job…God bless!!!

This is my favorite Walmart, they have the best staff from security to checkers , stockers and customer service!!!! We literally shop here atleast 3 times a week. The pharmacy staff is the absolute best!!!

I was able to find what I needed and a few things I didn't (Snoop on the Stoop!).
Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I go to Walmart a lot to pick up medicine at the pharmacy where everyone is so nice. I occasionally shop at Walmart for my arts and crafts supplies among other things. The store is always busy, and yes the lines are long 90% of the time. However, the cashiers have no control over how many registers are open so they do the best they can to get customers out as quickly as they can. I used to work at a Walmart store many years ago and there were long lines then too. Please be patient with the cashiers they are doing their best. 😁 It was the Petersburg Walmart, not Colonial Heights.

Love it...hate it...we all do...buts it's convenient. Best time to go is 6am!

Went to WalMart in C.H. Tabatha was the 1st associate in Miss Dept. to help me find Halloween t-shirt in Junior and Misses Dept. Teresa/Produce tried to help me find pistachio without salt and SO coconut unsweetened. Unable to find either. Had to do some updating in the system. Hopefully the system will get these item in for stock. Thank you ladies for your help.

My neighborhood Wally World, all you need but half the items are made in China. Dislike giving them money.

Hey Walmart having a sale. On all plastic containers 98 cents a dollar 30 cents. You can't beat that. Plus they have blankets on sale in the front and a whole variety of other things markdown for Clearence. Walmart is a great place to shop. So if you're in the Colonial Heights area and you're just passing through and need some things definitely stop here. The customer service they are very friendly

This is a great Walmart! Everyone is friendly, prices are low, shelves are always stocked and the lines move quickly!

OK but the employee on the phone told me the wrong time for western union closing so I mad a trip there but I utilized it to my advantage. The check out clerk was wonderful

This is the best Walmart I've been in. The grocery section is always well stocked and the staff is always friendly.

Erica & Erica, the pharmacists at Walmart, provided excellent service in transferring my son's medication from CVS. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, making the process seamless and stress-free. Their exceptional service is greatly appreciated.

Needs more curbside parking... but otherwise good curbside pick up experience

One of my favorite stores to shop at. Personally, I don't mind the self checkout. I hate waiting in line behind someone that has a cart overflowing and I only have 5 items........I'll take self checkout anyday!
