Holiday Inn Express Building 12015 On Fort Lee

Can you even call this a 'guest house'? That was what most of the on-post lodging used to be called. This place is massive! Our room was an extended stay, two-room set up complete with small kitchen( 2 burner cook top, decent size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher(!), storage cabinets). The bedroom was separate from the living/kitchen. The couch was a sleep sofa; there was a TV in each room. The parking lot was full, indicating lots of people, but inside the room we heard no one else: Super quiet! There is a full breakfast bar with typical selections, and the entree items are slightly different each day.

My family and I had a great experience. The staff surpassed my expectations, especially the manager. Great customer service. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The water in the pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was actually delicious. The manager was always making sure all the guest didn’t need anything else while we were eating. As we were leaving the manager gave my kids a KitKat, the smiles on their faces was priceless. The was the cherry on top! I highly recommend this hotel, great service and price.

Stayed here for sons graduation. Stayed for 2 days. Hotel was good and staff was good. Bar food was greasy and not impressive.. We ordered wings and they were just not good unfortunately.

Just checked in for one night. Front desk was super friendly and very helpful. Room is large, clean, and no odors at all.
I don't understand the negative reviews. This is a large hotel on a military base. We are retired and travel a lot, mostly to RV parks, but on occasion we have to stay at a hotel and we've stayed in bad ones. This is super nice. Don't let the unjustified bad reviews keep you away. It really is nice.
Update: There is a Pub at the hotel. Open until 10pm. Get the wings! Delicious!

Very nice hotel. TONS of rooms!! Like walking from one wing room to another takes minutes of time. There are probably one thousand rooms here. The employees are very nice and the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Even with so many people eating here. I eat breakfast every morning and get to meet some new people too. Get back to the building early, though, because parking is rough. This many people mean that many cars, so if you get back late, you are probably parking in the overflow lot behind the building, across the street. For my room, that means a walk of over a quarter mile, and maybe closer to a half mile.

The washer/dryers are clean, and there are washateria on each floor and wing. There are also gyms on the first couple of floors at each wing. There is a computer area up front and a little store drinks and little things like detergent. The pool is being worked on, so i can not comment on it, but people seem to enjoy the hot tub.

Talk about friendly and helpful! I was booked in the remote motel rooms. The young lady offered to move me to the main hotel, let me use the fitness center until check-in, and then got me an early check in as well. Great place to stay. It's a busy place though so expect to wait in line at dinner and breakfast.

The service that they provide makes you feel like you are at the Ritz Carlton. They treat you like they appreciate soldiers serving their country. The price is just a plus. The breakfast was delicious. We got a suite for only $98.This is great for families. Clean as well!

Were able to check in early, which is great coming from out of state. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us, as we didn't know if our SIT/AIT soldiers would be able to stay with us, therefore we needed to stay in the main building. Complementary breakfast was the biggest and most delicious I have had. Friendly staff, clean rooms, laundry facilities at no cost. Restaurant on site. Will stay here again!

I stayed for 4 nights visiting my son and my entire stay was wonderful. The front desk and the breakfast staff were wonderful, breakfast options were good, the room was clean and nice. Anything I asked for the staff provided. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

This is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff! When I visit Fort Lee, I don't ever hesitate to make a reservation here! There is an employee by the name of "Jane" who works at the front desk and is absolutely amazing! Jane is very knowledgeable, enjoyable, professional, and goes out of her way to make every customer feel valued and respected. She also treats every customer as if they were part of her own family! Jane loves her job and you can really tell by the way she treats every customer! In addition, the entire staff goes out of their way to ensure every customer feels as comfortable as possible. For instance, the microwave oven malfunctioned in my room, but there was no reason to worry because the maintenance crew ensured I had a new one within practically minutes, now that's what I call service! Give IHG at Fort Lee a try, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! What are you waiting for when you want to be with the best!

The breakfast was so good, and the servers never stopped smiling and so friendly. The room was clean and so comfortable for our stay. We will be staying again. Keep doing what you guys do. This Holiday Inn Express was the the BEST. The front desk staffs were very friendly. The atmosphere and overall views were phenomenal. Very clean! Rooms were home away from. Enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities. Great prices!

I will definitely be staying here again. The staff was amazing. The rooms were more than what I expected. The rooms and building are clean. The continental breakfast was pretty good. I especially enjoyed the pancakes. I only stayed for 1 night, but next time I will be staying longer.

Stayed here for four months, upgraded to a suite for our family after about month. The staff is phenomenal, always going out of their way to assure we are happy. Our room is wonderful and spacious, daily housekeeping keeps it sparkling. Breakfast is complimentary and well maintained, also once a week free dinner is served downstairs. Convenient little market with candy/snacks, and a bar and grill in the lobby with good drink prices! Internet isn't always fast if the hotel is full but it has barely interfered with my useage. Depending on how full the hotel is, parking can occasionally be difficult but I have always been able to get a spot out front, a little sad to be leaving this week as I have grown very fond of Fort Lee and the surrounding areas.

Very mild tempered staff, prompt to help. Bar staff were sweeties! And the company around in bar were so friendly and relaxing to be around. It may not be perfect but I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Nearly forgot I had stitches in my hip because of how happy I was during my stay.

Love this place. Nothing bad to say service and rooms are top notch. The bed could be less stiff but overall this will be my choice for hotel accommodations in the area. Hot breakfast was great. Its full up often so be sure to book in advance.

The main building is great. The breakfast in the main building is great. The front desk staff are excellent! If you're attending a course on post, this is the way to stay. Call back if they're full as rooms might become available. Parking is tight but if you're in a nearby school you can walk.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, Feels like home. Staffs are nice and very helpful. Self laundry is free to use, just use your own detergent. The room have kitchenette so we can cook. Also, you can borrow kitchenware from the front desk. Due to COVID some of the amenities is limited. Such a pool, gym, and breakfast.
