Quality Inn Dublin I-81

Mr. Ernie, an employee at the Quality hotel in Dublin, is highly regarded for his exceptional customer service. He has earned the respect of all the drivers at the hotel. Recently, there was an incident where I mistakenly tried to enter a room that was already occupied by another customer. Mr. Ernie promptly apologized to both the customer and myself for the inconvenience. He explained that it was a computer issue that failed to show the room as occupied. I personally witnessed Mr. Ernie's professionalism and commitment to resolving the situation. His dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.

Aaron was very helpful and it was extremely late. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. All staff was pleasant which is nice when your stressed out from a long trip.

Front counter lady's COOL!!!!!!! Cleaning staff great. Food and shopping within 3 miles. Park lots big and well lite. Over all for the area YES stay

Great place to rest your head when traveling. I had a great night's sleep. The rate was exceptional .

I had great stay here. Friendly staff. Great room especially for the price. The place looks real well managed and has been renovated nicely. And a fine Mexican Restaurant next door, made for an easy satisfying stay!
Of the four different hotels in this price range where I'd stayed on this trip home for the holidays, this one was by far the best.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks so I believe I got significant amount of ‘experience’ to correctly rate this hotel.
Great Points : 1) The staff and owner are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Unlike many other places, they actually want to ensure your needs are taken care for. 2) Service is exceptional, the staff did regular housekeeping and worked with me as per my requirements and needs. 3) The owner and staff was very flexible when it came to working with us for a weekly discount as we had to extend our stay couple of times.
4) Overall clean hotel with clean and fresh smelling hallways.
5) Major advantage was coin operated laundry machine and option to get coins and laundry detergent from the front desk. This is excellent for somebody who has to stay for multiple days.
Scope for improvement: 1) Breakfast options can be increased. 2) Pillows and some of the equipments like phone etc can be replaced with new ones.
Overall very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There frequently, the staff is very helpful especially Carolyn. She is professional and such a sweet lady. She went out her way on making a few adjustments that helped in my favor. The breakfast is decent, can’t complain. If you do not want to be disturb in the morning before check out, I suggest putting the do not disturb plac on the door. I’ll give it 5 stars because overall, I’m always comfortable there.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF from the guy who greeting us to the person that checked us out. Room was comfortable and it's very affordable. Good breakfast, I would stay here again. Only one con here the water in the bath tub was very slow at going down we told the staff when leaving and they said they will look at it today. Perfect customer service! 5 ★

The new owner has done so much better than the last owner. There is so many updates and upgrades consistently taking place. New rooms, new lobby.
I now Highly recommend this facility. A good few years back I could not say the same.
I believe the entire building aswell as it's property are currently in the best condition that I personally have ever seen it in.
Take a break from your day and grab yourself a room.

I'm a returning customer that likes to book this hotel. I recommend to stay at this place if you work nearby.
The rooms are clean and a good size with comfy beds and amenities.

Great place! The room was spacious and clean, the Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, easy in and out! Best overnight we've had on our 10 day trip!!!! Will definitely say here again. Oh, and the price was 👌!👏

Since I am on the road alot, I plan my overnight trips in advance. This Quality Inn was actually by accident but was well worth it. Nice clean room, good rate and parking for a few trucks. Friendly staff and friendly atmosphere.

Great motel. Stay there a lot. The staff and management are awesome and very helpful. They are doing some renovations to the pool and other areas to update the motel. The rooms are spacious and clean. All rooms come with a mini-fridge, microwave and a desk. No elevator to the 2nd floor, so have to take the stairs.

Very nice place to stay and the bed were Comfortable and they're breakfast is great. the rooms were very clean and if there was anything you needed that you might had forgot to bring with you then they are very helpful at supplying it for you. There is Plenty of places to park and it is handicap parking and accessibility entrance for the handicap and they're prices ain't to bad especially with the nice continental breakfast they serve as well as free wifi. I'd give them 5 star because they were very nice people that were willing to do whatever they could to make your stay a pleasant stay.

Laurie checked us in, that alone was a welcoming feeling ( she works nights, great person ). The price was perfect and the room (bed) were very clean as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Me and my family will definitely be returning!

This motel is nice !! They are doing some major renovations and it’s gonna look really nice I am one to always read reviews and they didn’t have the greatest reviews but decided to give them a chance and I’m glad we did some people will just write anything but I can honestly see that they are trying and it’s a process and it won’t happen overnight but in time this place is gonna look awesome!! Staff super friendly, breakfast great and just an overall nice atmosphere!! We travel through the area a lot and will be back!

A welcome change from some of the hotels we've stayed in recently. Courteous staff, clean, well appointed room, great location with a restaurant next door, and a REAL hot breakfast for the first time in forever!
