Cayla was the person helping me.
She was very helpful and intelligent
about her job. She walked me through
all of my questions. I would give her an excellent
rating of a 10. I would recommend this office. Especially Cayla.

The staff at this store is superb. And verizon cell service is also great. But getting it set up was a nightmare. The employees here bent over backwards to get me set up, and everything is good now, but because of Verizon's inadequate IT remote-support, it took an absurd amount of time. Darnell and Cayla will go way out of their way to take care of you, it's just that Verizon systems aren't doing them any favors. Once you are set up though, life is good.

Good shopping experience. Alissa did an outstanding job helping my daughter and I with her phone upgrade. Courteous, professional, and very helpful. One follow up issue I needed the next day was satisfactorily and quickly resolved. No worries.

Today was a great day to change phones. Eemahni set me up with a new iPhone. I had a great experience, she was very helpful, informative, and friendly. I even got a great deal on my new home phone. If you are not very smart with these new phones she is a great person to come to for help getting acquainted with your new device.

The sales associate Whitney was truly amazing! She took her time to figure out the exact product and phones for us. I'd recommend her to anyone not just because of the great service, but she's very personable and makes the whole process seem so easy and comfortable.

Eemahni was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and remarkably patient. She has excellent customer service skills and a lovely demeanor. One of the very best experiences we’ve had in a Verizon store!!

Isaiah was so great. He was very informative, patient, and helped us the entire way through our transfer process. No matter how long it took to get every thing transferred over onto our new phones he was so helpful!

I worked with this store to get an account set up for my business. The manager here was knowledgeable and worked to find the best deal for our needs. I always thought I had to deal with the Salem store to do something like this which is why I have put it off for so long. I’m glad I came in. I will be back soon to get more lines set up.

The manager Eemahni was absolutely amazing! She helped me with all of my needs getting a new phone, and disabling the old one! Very sweet and great to talk to! I highly reccomend Verizon in Dublin! The best service I have ever gotten at a cellular store!

Eemahni Cooper is incredible.she is patient and extremely knowledgeable! Takes time with each person even at end of day. I have seen her several times and every time she was amazing. Best at her job and always upbeat and kind.

I have been a US Cellular customer for going on 14 years. I recently switched over to Verizon in the summer of 2016. I could not ask for better customer service than I have got at the Wireless center in Dublin. Eemahni took care me and my fiance' very well. We continue o go back to the same store and ask for her. She does excellent work and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely taken care of.

Our rep Kayla Morton was more than helpful! Could not have asked for someone more knowledgeable and friendly!! We were so upset with our old carrier and are so excited to now be with Verizon 😁 I will be sending many people your way !!
