Party City is one of my favorite stores. However, I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with them because generally, the staff there don't care. They don't care if you find an item, they don't care if you have to wait 20 minutes in line to pay and they don't care if you have to walk around the stock sitting in boxes down the isles.

But today! Well, today Nuria cared! She cared that I found each isle I was in search for, she cared about a shade of pink in a balloon, she cared about tent cards, she cared about the glitter confetti for the table and she cared that I didn't feel rushed through the whole process! I have 15+ years of management experience, and I would be honored to have her as a staff member!

So many times, we want to give reviews only when the service sucks but never when it s good and / or fabulous. Today my service was fabulous and again it was all due to one staff member Nuria. She never broke a sweat even when she had to manage multiple customers at the balloon counter or when she was toggling between the register and assisting guests with all other needs/questions.

Nuria, if you see this, know I was extremely impressed today, and that never happens. Thank you for your help and patience as it took me over an hour just to pick out balloons.

Ok, dating myself, but yeah I can order online...but, sometimes you want it, or need it now! Needs a few things for a birthday and wife for school. Stopped in, found it, and had some extra fun looking at all the party stuff too! Easy to get to, enough parking-just watch all the crossing traffic at this particular location!

I came here on a Friday afternoon and it was a very busy day for them. The girl assisting me was very patient with me. I came to pick up balloons for my friends sons birthday and tried making decisions on which balloons to get. Went back and forth to inflate or not and ended up inflating all of them. Walked out spending $78 on about 10-12 balloons and luckily fit in my truck! Lol. Before I drive off, I had to double check I got all the balloons I paid for and luckily I did because I forgot one! When I went back in, I brought the receipt with me just in case, and the line was so long down the aisle way... I had to sort of shout to the girl who was busy and told her She forgot to give me one of the balloons and she was very apologetic about it. When I got home, one of the foil balloons lost a lot of air and deflated, which I was upset about because it wasn’t cheap! But in the end, the girl assisting me was very patient even tho it took me 2 hours to figure out which ones to get! So it was fine! :)

Placed a balloon order online everything came out promptly and this location had all the supplies I needed for my occasion. Thank you

This is a great location. A wide variety of party favors. Different color schemes. You will definitely fine something here you like. Many, many balloons; different colors. Always come here for office ceremonies and parties. My go-to place for decorations. Reasonable prices. Friendly customer service. Great business hours.

The location is really good customer service was on point employees asked us if we need any help . We got all our party stuff and more lol . If you want to buy anything to any party you will find it there .

Great customer service and selection of balloons, I was able to buy a perfect ballon arrangement for a birthday here. Special thanks to Sydney (Cindy?) who helped me out! She was really helpful and talented, and double checked to make sure that I was happy with the arrangement. Thanks Sydney!!

This angel Carla Rodriguez @ the Baileys Crossroad Falls Church location in Va deserves 10 stars n a HUGE bonus!! this lady went way and beyond to please us with our 1st granddaughter welcome!! Yesterday, I had the sweetest encounter with a young worker named Hamza. I came all the way from Maryland to place a balloon order for a big work event I had. And he was just so helpful! He answered the many questions I had, gave me some balloon recommendations, and overall had such a great and enthusiastic attitude. I will definitely be returning to this Party City!

I needed supplies for the game. Dallas Cowboys against the Commanders on the 7th of January. Surprisingly we lost but our fans dominated their stadium. Great fan support! We are in the playoffs and good so far!

Love the atmosphere sales were great love love the cashers very helpful an friendly clean store you can find just about any thing for a party or entertaining your guest all around great Store

Selection can be overwhelming, but always fine something interesting. Staff was very nice and helpful. I arrived close to closing time and they did not rush me out the door. Very kind and patient while I made my choices.

Well stocked and super friendly and helpful staff. I was able to give my 6 year old nephew an unforgettable birthday even during a pandemic. Thank you Party City.

For the most part, it's not a hard place to miss. I went there for some balloon for some balloons and the associate the assisted me was nice and friendly. He was also able to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner.

Used curbside pickup for my two orders and even though they were clearly busy, an employee answered the phone right away and I didn’t wait long for them to bring out my items! Great customer service during the pandemic.

They have everything your looking for with whatever event you're planning. Came here on Halloween and despite a shortage in items they still had what I was looking for. On top of that you can order online and pickup on the store. Great location.

Xavier was literally one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with while shopping! He was polite, sincere, and even during this covid madness has the best attitude and positivity! Thank you Xavier !!
