Great selection of cars and friendly sales personnel. I purchased 2013 Cadillac Escalade from them and so happy with the deal they made. My wife and kids love the truck and I can’t ask for more. Sergei was extremely helpful and very organized when it came to paperwork. They gave me full tank of gas too which is a plus. They even helped me to order some accessories that I really wanted. I recently was involved in a bad car accident and my Honda CRV was declared a total lost. So I had been looking for a couple of weeks for another SUV. I came across this BMW X3 year 2014 at Crown Auto Group. My husband and I stopped in to test drive the car. Everything was good about the car except the driver’s seat. The leather was torn and cracked. My husband was not happy about it and asked Serj for a discount. He explained to us that unfortunately the vehicle is already priced competitively low. So he tried his best to work with us to make the price fit our budget. Even suggested other cars in their inventory. We ended up leaving because we still really wanted the BMW X3. So after days of us calling and bugging Serj, he finally agreed to work something out with us and replace the front seat with a brand new one. When we asked him about financing he suggested we go with our Navy Federal Bank. He said we would definitely get a better rate and pay less in interest. He was very honest and was really looking out for our best interest. Any questions we had he would gladly answer. Before we drove the car off it was nicely cleaned inside and out. Emissions were taken care of along with a full tank of gas. The whole paper work process was finished in less than an hour! If you are looking for a quality and affordable car with 100 percent customer satisfaction this is the place for you!!!

Thank you.. bought BMW X5 back in April and never had a problem with it. I am very pleased with this car, it is fast and economical at the same time. My family and I love to travel on it. The cabin has separate climate control, leather interior with sports seats, amazing sounding music and a panoramic sunroof. I recommend this car to my friends.

We bought a quailty car here a Subaru and they were compassionate and understanding of price too and still did it even though they not make more denero. Also just now had a great inspection done on my vehicle not state inspection but for other reasons and Serge and Mike were honest and not charge allot. Please give them business, not a rip off place. Give them a chance. I also want to say they helped me out again by doing some muffler work instead of trying to trick me into the more expensive 800.00 replacement that other places would do. Also the front glass was replaced easy and quick and they did not charge too much to have it done. I put thier cards up in different places cause Serge and Mike helped me allot.

Found a Ford truck they had online that I was interested in. Called them and spoke to Serg. Told him that I'd be buying from out of state and would prefer an honest lookover and description of the truck to avoid any surprises after making the trip. Serg was very transparent and took additional pictures of any imperfections the truck had. I ultimately decided to go another route but these guys were easy to deal with and honest which is hard to find in a car dealer. 5 stars for sure based on that. Wish it would've worked out.

I bought 2012 Toyota Camry. The car was in good condition and clean in and out. Sergey was very helpful and very patient answering on all my questions. The price was same as advertised online. They also registered the car for me.

Great service. They stayed after their closing time to help me find a car and do the paper work for it that day. When I found an issue with a fuse in the car they told me to come over and they'd help me take care of it and they did. Very happy with my Nissan Altima. I'll be going back when I need to get a new car.
