ZIPS Cleaners

We have been coming here for a month. We used to go to the one out in Mt. Vernon but saw this was closer. So far no complaints we go about every other week to bring my husband‘s work shirts. Recently we got a coat and my traditional Vietnamese bridal ao dai dry cleaned. No problems, very nice and friendly staff. No fuss, easy, good price but my only complaint is parking can be hectic it’s a busy plaza, not the business’s fault but something to keep in mind with end of day/rush hour or weekend times.

Have been using them for 5+ years. Only had a wrong garment given back once, and tbh given the volume of clothes I bring them that just happens. They are very quick, cheap, and have otherwise always loved the quality of service.

They take care of your clothing and if you're not satisfied with the outcome they will make sure that you are well catered to

I haven’t been to zips in years. This location is fantastic. Great customer service, clothes clean and no lint and you get your garments back within 24-48 hours. Plus of course you cannot beat the prices! 5 ⭐’s!!!!

Gave jeans for alteration and they did a good job in $11 which is very reasonable. The stitch at one point is little skewed but otherwise it’s neat. I will definitely go again and also try their dry cleaning.

I got a belt loop repaired on a pair of shorts that I really like. I thought that's all I had at the cleaners. The person checking me out said hold on when I was about to leave. She found an Afghan that I had left to be cleaned months ago that I had forgotten to pick up. It was a wedding gift. I'm glad the person there was attentive. I may have forgotten it all together if she hadn't remembered. We are grateful for her customer service.

***I'd like to add as of April, 2023 that we continue to receive excellent service. The people working there are friendly and really work hard to provide excellent and efficient service. We had some special requests recently and they were able to come through. I got to speak to the manager there and she was able to provide what we needed. It's refreshing when I as a customer know before I go in that excellent service awaits.

Best dry cleaners I’ve experienced. Slightly pricey but well organized. You never have to wait in line for long. You pay at drop off so pickup is much faster too. They also have a tailor on site

Needed ZIPS for my job. I love their speedy service with their turn around time! Whenever I return to pick up my dry cleaning, the employees greet me and wow me with their service!

If you haven’t gone to Zips, you absolutely must try their service!!! No one beats their prices, fast service , great quality and friendly customer service. You are literally in and out within minutes. Most clothing items are ready for pick up within one to two days.

I have a King size Ugg comforter that won’t fit in my washer. It only costs $20! I get it cleaned once a week. The queen size comforter is only $10!!!
Winter coats only cost around $3.98! Wow! Great deal!

Beginning about a year ago, I have brought in the same order of dry cleaning every week. After a few visits, they made a note on my account of exactly how I like my order completed (medium starch, creased sleeves, creased pants below knee). When I visit the staff are friendly, service is quick, and I always leave happy. They have never messed up any of my clothing. Five stars🤗

This is my ‘go-to’ Dry Cleaners (Falls Church) even as I live in Fairfax and have to Uber here. It is not because anything of the branches near my home. I come here because the customer service is great, quality consistently reliable.
All the staff and managers here are friendly and proactive. The doors do not close 5 minutes before that I get turned away if I arrive by then. I do not get turned away after making my journey here.
Wait times are short because soon the staff see the queue, they readily step up to serve. Thank you Carlos and your colleagues! The manager, Ever himself will also step up to the counter to help serve if it gets too busy. This is especially helpful as often, I have my Uber/Lyft waiting as I collect. Given the competitive pricing, the good customer service, this makes up for my round trip fare from Fairfax! Thank you for not turning me away when I made it just 4 or 5 minutes before closing.

Good and affordable! I dry cleaned my suit jacket at $2.99 per piece. Also, the staff there are friendly.

First time at the dry cleaners and I think I will forever drop my high end or delicate clothing off versus trying to manage it myself. Customer service was amazing. Items came out as if I just purchased it or opened the gift like the very first day

My favorite cleaners for years, I recently visited with two jackets and some shirts with a lot of stains around the neck and they did an amazing job, I like the convenience of being a member and paying with your phone, if you can’t meet the requirement there over amount stays on your account as a credit for next time, I prefer that to hear someone tell me I need a minimum to pay with credit.

Been going there for years. While I wouldn't take my wedding dress there, they are pretty solid on routine dry cleaning, and you can't beat the price.

Best drycleaning deal in town hands down. What made me a loyal customer is they found about $20 in loose bills in one of my suit pockets. When I returned a few days later to pick up my clothing it had been set aside in an envelope with my name on it. That's class!

It has affordable price $2.49 for every piece. It provides great service. People, working there are friendly. I like the plastic key chain card given to me, like at a grocery store. They scan it and see my account. I think it is a very convinient feature.

This place needs a good review. The prices are absurdly low. The turn around is like lightening. They must process thousands of articles a day, with a smile. If the only reviews they get are a couple dozen bad ones (most likely people trying to get something for nothing), the complaints of small fraction of a percent of their entire business would make them seem terrible. They do a great job and for a very low fee. If they deserved anything less than 4 stars, they would have millions of reviews putting them there. There aren't many reviews, so I have to give them a 5. They deserve it.
