I ordered 30 sub sandwiches for a picnic/party and the deli department at HT Barcroft did an excellent job! Their deli person was polite and listened and went over my order with me to be sure it was all correct. The order was fresh, accurate and ready to pick up on time. The sandwiches were delicious. Great deal on freshly made sub sandwiches, definitely recommend for walk-in sandwiches or order ahead and pick-up like I did.

It's a Supermarket!

The checkout person was extremely polite and attentive. She made me feel comfortable.

It was one of the best check-outs I have experienced. It's so amazing to go to a Supermarket and find a human being treating me as another human being.

Have you ever been to a Supermarket to feel like you're bothering the checkout person.

Well this Supermarket doesn't make you feel like this.

I have been coming here for the past 10 years. I usually go around 8am-9am or lunch time. Every now and then in the evenings and every time its always been kept clean and stocked.

The employees have always been respectful, polite and helpful!! I have always been greeted with a smile and a good morning by everyone. I do wish the store was bigger, other then that love this store and it's employees!!

I just left harris teeter and needed to leave a review from our experience. Nina greeted us at the end of the aisle and checked us out. she was so kind and friendly. Asked how our day was and started a conversation with my boyfriend and I. She was so sweet and great customer service! We both walked out mentioning how nice you were and how great of an employee you are! Keep it up!!

Jay mage my sub and did a great job of following my directions. Harris Teeter aka the Teets has some of the best bargains if you know where to find them one is the foot long subs on Friday for close to nothing beat steal on a Friday when you have to feed your crew.

Why exactly does Giant cost more when they can't even stock their shelves?

I used to shop here all the time when I lived in Annandale, since moving to Springfield I typically only shop there when they have soda on sale, so once every fee months. Every time I go in the store is clean and well-stocked, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Happened to be near Barcroft today so I stopped in to get some stuff and my cashier, Nina, was awesome! Quick, efficient, checked with me regarding how I preferred stuff to be bagged, friendly. At one point I told her I wasn't in a rush and she just laughed and told she has anxiety. As someone who also has anxiety and is very familiar with all it's "quirks" I just want to thank her for being amazing! And I didn't stop by the pharmacy today, but Monica is one of my favorite pharmacists in this area!

Had a little issue with Anna and how she chose to speak to me and her co-workers at the deli today but Thuy and Nana handle themselves very well and may sure I walked out satisfied. I brought up my concerns to Phil the store manager and he stopped what he was doing to go and handle it. This store is always so clean and other than this isolated incident customer service is awesome!

Recently during the Pandemic we've had a chance to use the store's express lane service. The staff who select and process our online order are terrific. We get a call about one hour before our pick - up time letting us know of any items that are unavailable or asking about possible substitutions. It is easy to schedule a convenient pick -up time for online orders.

The pharmacy staff is always helpful. Ibtisam, juan, big Dave, Ms.Jackie and Brett always provide awesome customer service.

I live down the street from this Harris teeter and the good out weighs the bad, typically.

$1.99/lb chicken breast from the butcher is a great deal however I regularly get a breast that has a funky smell or texture that I end up tossing since it's not worth the drive for a dollar and I'm not taking a chance on getting sick.

The lines!!! It's about fifty fifty on if there are cashiers standing in the aisle ready to be of assistance or if there are ten people waiting on self checkout cause all the lines are so busy. There is no rhyme or reason of how busy or how dead it is but it can be very frustrating running late and needing to pick up just one thing and waiting for 10 minutes on a line.

Other times I'm still browsing and employees ask if I'm finding everything ok. The managers are all great. When something is on sale and out of stock they've always been so accommodating! When they stopped carrying something I was looking for but it still had a sticker in the aisle the manager apologized and had me try a different brand for free.

The managers and staff here truly seem to care about making your grocery trip a pleasant one.

Pharmacy is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I moved to Annandale but still go out of my way to go to this pharmacy. Everyone else at the store has always also been helpful in finding things and going out of there way for customers. The prices are higher so I only buy things on sale which solves that problem. Good produce. Very satisfied.

Not the cheapest place in the area, but clean store with lots of security cameras. Open 24/7. Has some items other grocery stores in the area do not carry. Good parking, and the store is always well kept. The store got a bonus for selling a winning lottery ticket that they could use for anything and gave it all to local schools. Bonus points for ethics. Good sushi, hot, and cold bars, but the deli food was not very good.

Great customer service. Gigi was the most pleasant cashier! She congratulated me on my pregnancy and made each bag light for me to carry. As she was handling my grocery, she still smiled at each customer who passed by her.

I've shopped at this HT weekly since it opened. I'm totally puzzled by the experiences of the other reviewers. The worst problem I've had was an over-ripe melon and the situation was resolved instantly. The staff has always been exceptionally helpful and I do use the customer services counter as needed to find what I do not see or cannot reach. HT is a well stocked and well run neighborhood grocery.

I find aldi products a good buy ...and fruits and vegetables are fresh, and much less expensive than other supermarkets.

Damn for a grocery store the staff are insanely helpful and knowledgeable. They knew exactly where to find shirataki noodles when I had spent 10 minutes fruitlessly searching in the wrong isle.
24 hours regular store. A ton of crazy good items and new local stuff all the time. Definitely the grocery store k go to the most.
Highly suggested over any others like the aldi down the road. Give it a go. Ask the staff...they're super duper friendly.

Single floor. The frozen food isles are aider than the regular isles. Both types of carts too.

Very easy to get to. Plenty of parking spaces. The store is big. Very Clean, even the restroom. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Commodities are well organized , Upto date(Fresh) and easy to find. Prices are good.

This is one of my favorite Harris Teeter‘s the food is always fresh always getting seafood and different meats prices are always reasonable. Walking out with three big bags of groceries $88 with a savings of $36

Outstanding service. Their employees are excellent and will help you find whatever you need in the store. Very nice cashiers and the store is very clean. Also has some of the nicest pharmacy staff.
