Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

Stayed here for a few nights while working in the area. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and there’s lots to do/places to eat within walking distance. There is no microwave in the room, which isn’t a big deal but I felt was worth mentioning in case anyone planned on reheating or bringing frozen food. The TV also didn’t have the greatest channels to pick from, but offered Netflix and such (for you to log in to) which was nice. Amazing stay and would stay again!

Hotel rooms were extremely nice! I came here for New Years weekend and was satisfied with the price and the value of stay. The pool & fitness center looked amazing, I didn’t have an opportunity to utilize either.

My only complaint would be the food service. When I went to the Starbucks, the person working there had no idea on how to make an iced coffee and asked me how to make it. Then the following day, me and my date went to grab breakfast and we waited at the stand for about 7 minutes without anyone greeting us before we left as we were on a time limit.

It's hard to believe I got this room for only $87 after taxes and fee through a third party! Very luxurious, clean, modern hotel as you'd expect from a Sheraton. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the other amenities. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee and a great quiet location. Staff was also very friendly.

I stayed here for couple of weeks during the holiday season of 2023. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and room service was very nice. Bartender Valarie is a very kind, professional and friendly person. She is very efficient and is very knowledgeable about their inventory and different kind of cocktails and made nice drinks for me and my friends.

I always have a great experience at the Sheraton in Brookfield! I’ve stayed numerous of times and never any issues or concerns. This is my number 1 pick when visiting MKE. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Corazon the assistant manager and Jessa the front desk representative made our stay extra special by making our 4 year old birthday rememberable for him they went out of their way to gift him with decorated cupcakes and cookies!!! We appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for making my son’s day.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the table/desk in the room with numerous outlets and ports in the surface of the desk. Excellent feature for business travelers. Hotel was clean and staff is friendly. Location is near shopping, restaurants and highways for easy access.

NEVER in my life have I been treated so wonderfully. My experience at this hotel ranks higher than any other. The staff are more than accommodating, going out of their way to meet and exceed my needs! Elmira and Anna Marie in environmental services were so kind and always helpful. The front desk staff , both witty and fun to deal with and the food service went out of their way to meet more than basic needs. I could not say enough positive things about this hotel!!!! Thank you to ALL staff at Sheraton in Brookfield, WI. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. If your name is not in the review, you were also extraordinary, I just cannot remember everyone's name. LOL

The bathrooms near the convention center smell of urine, I have been here twice now and both times I dreaded using the bathroom.

The food and service were good.

Excellent location! Right off the freeway and next to a mall with plenty to do and eat close by. The rooms were decent, the bathrooms were clean, the bar was happening, and the staff were friendly.

We have two gripes.
Gripe #1- our room didn't have a coffee machine in it for some reason. The front desk promptly rectified that issue.

Gripe #2: The back and side parking lots are not well lit.

Stayed for two days in this hotel and ate twice in the restaurant. The room was good size, nice and clean, had a large smart TV with Netflix. The breakfast was ok, the dinner was good. All in all, it was a very good stay.

We had a nice room and it was very clean. It was also quiet. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were very nice. There is a hotel bar but we didn't have the time to try it.

Clean hotel with modern decor. The ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby was full of activity at times with lots of people checking in but my room was very quiet and I was not disturbed by any surrounding guests through my two day stay. My room was also comfortable with nice amenities. The shower is always the most important item to me and this one was very nice with a clean and updated shower head. If I ever fly back to Milwaukee, I will stay here again.

Great location! Wonderful customer service esp the night auditors! Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great location near the mall!

The staff has been awesome! Nice area, lots to do.

Excellent service! From check-in to Check-out. We had 14 people in our party. 8 kids and 6 adults. They took the time to make sure we were all on the same floor during check-in. When it took longer than anticipated they brought out drinks for us and everyone waiting.

We ate at their restaurant. Again superb hospitality. Got our food 10 mins after ordering. 14 people? It was awesome. And the food was delicious. I recommend the butter burger.

All in all, our stay was a perfect end to a delightful visit to the Zoo.

Came from Florida for a funeral and arrived a few hours earlier than expected so I called the hotel and asked for a early check in and they were able to accommodate that. Friendly staff and room was very nice and clean.. my daughter enjoyed the inside pool. Great location was near all my destinations. Will def be back

It's showing its age but the service is the best.

I have stayed at other hotels, and this one is one of the only ones I will absolutely come back to! The entire staff was very kind and courteous, if a staff member saw you walk by they would always say good morning, or ask how we are doing. I dropped my ID in the parking lot, and they gave it to me at the end of our stay, I hadn’t even noticed that I lost it. The breakfast waiter was very attentive and kind to us. Will definitely be returning, and recommending this hotel to my friends!
