One of the best lunches I've had in awhile...service was awesome, restaurant waa clean, food was fresh, drink was cold and cheesecake hit the spot...all while listening to old motown tunes with a few 90s hip hop songs to take ya down memory lane! Relaxing!

The restaurant was clean and the lady who took our order was so kind and personable. She interacted with the customers inside. One of the cooks came out briefly and checked on all us senior citizens (Sunday is old people like me day). Really well run restaurant. I’m not a big fan of fried fish, but the atmosphere and employees made it worth watching my husband inhale a plate full of fried food.

The flounder is fried to perfection and delicious! I have never had an unpleasant experience at this location. The food is always good!

Notwithstanding its appelation, the fried white fish isn't greasy at all. It comes in a fine cornmeal coating and if I didn't know any better, I'd say it was air-fried. The crisp exterior kèeps that kind of fish soft and moist and really good. I've tried to prepare fish like that to no avail. The cook knows what s/he's doing.
[Atmosphere gets 3 because the interior of my car (I went thru the drive-thru) needs a good detailing. The service gets 4 because idk they look like they work hard but, like I said, I went thru the drive-thru.]

Continues to be one of the best reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Your food is brought to your table by waitresses with pleasant attitudes and no expectations of a tip.

Whoever made my baked potato tonight did an awesome job. This is how you apply cheese yessss !!!

I think they charge too much for the crab cakes but other than that the food is good 👍👍👍

Great service and the food was nice and hot. My crab cake was burnt but TeeTee and the front of the house made up for any food eras made by the kitchen. The service was so awesome, I left wishing I hadn’t ordered my food to go. The manager and other young lady were awesome as well. Great job everyone. Will be back soon. Thanks again.

awesome food and staff. I highly recommend the baby/popcorn shrimp and baked potato or mac & cheese and fries. they're delicious!! staff is nice and polite, and patient. first time I'd ever eaten here, and thanks to google maps for leading me here!

Captain D's is one of the few top tier fast food establishments, neck and neck with Arby's & Chick-fil-A.

Food quality is consistent each and every visit. Friendly and competent workers that outclass any burger chain. The employees clearly demonstrate how a successful business should be operated.

Stopped in here for a cup of ice and they had no problem helping me out with smiling faces, food smelled great though and made me wish i hadnt just bought food, I would definitely stop in next time I'm in the mood for seafood and I'm in the area

We ate here in Feb. and could not believe how good the food was prepared.
We have eaten at many restaurants and have not seen this quality in nice restaurants. We are usually disappointed at these "nice" places. We just happen to be riding by and were hungry, so we stopped.
Hushpuppies, french fries and greenbeans were the best I have ever eaten. We got great service and the place was clean and quiet for our once a month date night. Friendly staff was able to laugh and be pleasant with customers. Staff was working as a team and was able to handle the crowd quickly. We enjoyed our night so much, we will be visiting again soon! Staff was very friendly. Ordered the ultimate platter for a variety. They brought it to me in a very timely manner and it exceeded my expectations. This is the higher quality of long john silvers but with a larger selection. EXTREMELY recommendable!

I love the food ! What else is there to say. It is always fresh and hot and tasty. When I order take out everything is packaged separately and the food stays warm. You are offered sauces if you want and butter and or sour cream for baked potatoes. Everything is just right.!
