I want to start this by saying I am only giving 5 stars to this store and the store manager Glenn. I went to his store to return a pair of shoes that I had accidentally started an online return for. He offered to ship them for me instead of taking them to a UPS store. I was frustrated because I had hoped to get my credit to my card that day but I understood. He was still kind despite my initial attitude. A few days went by and I hadn't heard anything. I went back up there to find out that they were shipped back Fedex and Fedex could not locate them. I had a terrible time with their phone customer service team. Long story short fast forward to a month later I finally got my refund in store. Glenn was there to assist me through the process and he showed compassion. I appreciated that more than he knows! It was nice that someone actually cared that this was frustrating and tried to help me as much as he could. It's extremely difficult finding good customer service in today's world. Give that man a raise please!

My son showed me Hibbett n he loved Nike stuff. My son passed away 🥹but I still go shopping thr. For my gkids. Carrying on my son's legend with Nike stuff. Love you guys💕💯
