He is very thorough and explains everything. He is extremely knowledgeable on everything!!! SUPER INTELLIGENT!!!! I must say, The BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD!!! He truly cares about his patients and the staff is AMAZING!!! So KIND & THOUGHTFUL!!!

Even after changing my insurance, I refused to go to a different doctor. I remained loyal to Dr. Henslee due to his amazing medical knowledge combined with the rare ability he has to clearly communicate with those of us who know very little about the human body. His bond with his patients is very strong. He also helped my parents out tremendously on a few occasions when they needed it the most. The staff are also very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and, like Dr. Henslee, genuinely care about me and my family.

We were new to the area and had NO idea who to choose for our PCP. After a horrible hospital scare with my husband, we called Dr. Henslee and he got us in immediately, even though we had never been to him prior.
His education, thoughtfulness, thoroughness, genuine care and concern, his follow up, patience, and ability to make us feel right at home speaks volumes!
His staff is amazing and I am so glad he chose this profession. He truly made a difference in our lives!

The Doctor has such a warm bedside manner and was very astute to what I had going on. I saw him as a cash patient and he made sure that I did not have to take unnecessary tests, and warned me when there could be some more expensive ones coming up. With his help, I was able to get a proper diagnosis and got me to a wonderful specialist where I was treated. I came back to see him 2 years after my last treatment with the specialist and he was genuinely glad to see me and acknowledge that it had all worked out.

This doc is an amazing doctor! He’s helped me out tremendesly and is very knowledgeable and smart. He cares for his patients deeply. My insurance isn’t accepted at his place however I refuse to go to any other doctor. All that needs to be done is receive a receipt and file it with your insurance if they do not accept your insurance and your claim will be reimbursed. It’s no big deal. This doctor is #1.

Dr.Hensley, Is by far one of the best Drs. I've ever known ,he's very compassionate, and truly cares about the well being of me,and my anxiety, health ,etc. I'm truly greatful for such a Dr.who cares about my mental helth as well as the rest of me ... all I can say is there's not enough Drs. In this world like him,and there should be .I thank God that I found him ,so not enough stars on the page to rate him.

Exceptional integrative physician. He really listens instead of putting something into an iPad and reading off the screen. Very personable.

After I took a test, i was told that I would be contacted after one week or so. I had to call back after 3 weeks...

The receptionist is horrible. I made an appointment the day before and I asked her if she accepted Cigna and she said yes. When my husband went for the appointment she didn’t even ask him for his insurance card and took him back. After he was seen she told him they didn’t take his insurance. When I called to speak to her or a manager she said is his responsibility as a patient to ask. She was rude and she was yelling on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me it was her.

I am rating this clinic with one star because of the front desk agent not because of the doctor. I had not seen the doctor. I tried to book an appointment online. My appointment was confirmed and I assigned the doctor as my PCP but the insurance cards will be mailed within 2 days. She refused to keep my appointment until I get the card with his name on it! I asked her to call the insurance member service to confirm that he is my PCP, but she said no way! I hope that the doctor will read this review and contact me.

Im looking a for a care provider and chose this office off my insurance list of "participating providers". I called the number listed to get more info about new patients and the receptionist who answered the phone was rude from the beginning. She told me they only accept one insurance provider when the website clearly lists two others and that my insurance provider is wrong and she doesn't know why they have their office listed. Sad because the Doctor himself had good reviews, but I believe in first impressions leaving a lasting impression.
