Massage Envy

To be honest there are not enough stars to give the ladies that work at this Massage. Lauren, the manager, is awesome. Great customer service always has a smile and really listens to the customer and any concerns that they may have and goes above and beyond to make sure that the concern is dealt with and that the customer is happy. The ladies behind the desk I cannot say enough about. Krystal, Alex and Mandy are all very professional and welcoming when you walk through that door. They make your experience 10 times better. Massage Envy is lucky to have such a great team running the store in Dumfries Virginia. Ladies you rock!

My first visit since Mar 2020 when everything shut down was with Mel. He was recommended to me because my usual go to person stays booked. Mel was phenomenal! He had various techniques, the pressure was just right and he was friendly.

Yesterday I had my second visit with Mel as my usual go to was booked and will be leaving. Another great massage. I'm always sad when the massage ends.

My massage was with Sharon and she was phenomenal. My original massage was with Mel but something happened and he wasn't available. I'm always a bit leary of going to someone new but her pressure and techniques were just right.

All the massage therapists are great. I’ve had sessions with Lola, Melvin, and Sharon. Lola did a fantastic job with my massage on Saturday. I have a hamstring injury, and she helped me figure out an approach to address it and helped it feel better in our session. Thank you, so much Lola; you’re the best!!! Thank you, Massage Envy!

Sharon is great… wait let me back up. The environment from when you step in is amazing. You sense peace and relief immediately. At least I did. I showed up early, waiting in the lounge area, read a magazine, and sipped on complimentary green tea. Sharon greeted me and graced me with the best massage I ever had. Being an athlete and working with military organizations i have been hard on my body. This relief was just what I needed. I most enjoyed her work on my arms, calf’s, and neck. I plan to revisit.

It was the first time I received a massage from Lola, and she did a wonderful job. She was careful to stay within my pain boundaries, and I felt relaxed and comfortable under her caring hands. I will gladly have another massage next month when my husband and I go in for our massages. Thank you Lola, for a very relaxing time.

Melvin is fantastic at deep tissue massage. He easily finds the areas that need the most attention and I walk out feeling great. He is very pleasant and easy to get along with. I am very comfortable seeing him and book every chance I get.

Lola did a fantastic job, the kinks in my back and neck are always less painful after receiving a massage, I felt relaxed and ready for the day after my session. I highly recommend this location, Crystal is always super friendly and helpful when scheduling an appointment.

Sharon provided a wonderful massage and rapid tension relief treatment. She was very professional and personable. Sharon made me feel at ease and relaxed for my session. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage!

Crystal in the front that schedules the appointments is Awesome and great for business. It’s apparent she loves her job. She is happy, excited and makes customers feel special and happy. My massage therapist was Awesome!! I forgot her name but I think it was Tanisha or Tyisha. This tall African American beautiful lady is top notch!!! She quickly figured out my trigger points and I felt like a new woman when I left!!

Sharon is amazing. I bruise very easily and she has been excellent at making sure the pressure level is within my threshold. Not to mention she really understands migraines, her head massages have done wonders for me.

Sharon is skilled at what she does and is very friendly. I came in very tight, stressed and anxious. We had a nice conversation initially that helped put me at ease and later on I dozed off once my muscles started to relax!

I have gone to this location twice and the Stafford location twice with the same areas of concern to work on, my shoulders and lower back. Of the 4 therapists I have seen Mel was far and above everyone else. He took a moment to recommend a few different areas to focus on that would help with the areas that needed attention and he was absolutely right. I felt so much better after his massage and I loved that he took the time to explain what he could do to make me feel better instead of going off of what I thought would be the best. He is amazing, professional, and very kind.

My first time getting a massage. I was absolutely nervous. However upon meeting Orlando it was no reason. My 90 minute massage had me so relaxed I didn’t care about the pandemic, stimulus check, dinner or virtual learning. Conversation was amazing and just flowed like you grew up with him and you were just catching up on old times. Definitely would recommend! Thank you so much Orlando!

I went for my first massage this week. Connor was my therapist and it was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a VERY long time! He made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, knew what he was doing, and always made sure to ask whether or not I was feeling any pain. Definitely a great experience and I will be going back soon!

Haven't started my membership yet but I got great information and help from Brett! He was so knowledgeable and helpful! I'll be starting my membership in the new year and I'll leave another review. Alexandria is always so helpful in scheduling.

Shannon is my favorite esthetician and I’ve been with her for over three years! Before seeing her, my face was red all over. Now, the redness has completely calmed down and my face has an all new glow I haven’t seen since my twenties.

Lola did an amazing job getting the knots out of my body. All the tension left my body. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful getting some aromatherapy added to my massage. I left feeling so much better and relaxed.

Sharon was extremely professional and took great care. I had cancer last year and still have the port from my chemotherapy and she made sure to provide me with a pillow and arranged so that I could have a very comfortable massage.

Lola did an amazing job, so professional and listened to every need I had. It’s hard to find a massage therapist who can work out all the knots in your back but Lola did an excellent job. Can’t wait to come back and see her.

Crystal gives excellent facials and massages. I always enjoy my time with her, and feel that she has become a friend to me. I appreciate talking with her, as well as her facials and massages.
She should ALWAYS get her bonuses, because she Deserves them. She goes out of her way to make her clients feel comfortable, and very happy at the end of their treatment. I have never chosen anyone else to give me my facials or massages after the first time with Crystal.
