I recently visited Dr Z Smile Office and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The office was spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment. Dr Fernandez and Patty her assistant were knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, putting me at ease. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Dr Z Smile to anyone in need of dental care. THANKS YOU GUYS FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL CARE….

I have been visiting Dr.Z smiles in pembroke pines for about 4 weeks now. My daughter had her cavities filled with Solea Laser technology. The whole team has been doing a wonderful job and I’m very grateful. My daughter who has a disability was relaxed. The Office staff is awesome. Very kind, patient and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

I came here for crown work done. The staff is very friendly and always smiling when you walk in the door. I had kind of a complicated visit that required frequent appointments. The staff was very accommodating and always got me in quickly. Dr.Z made me feel seen and heard and when I had questions or concerns, she would explain and reassure me. Dental surgery can be very intense but with Dr Z and team, you will feel like family.

At Dr Z Smile your fear of dentist become cero to none. From the welcome entrance trough the assistants and the Dr evaluation and treatment, the experience is amazing, you feel confident and with no pain Dr Zuzel Trujillo works your teeth leaving them beautiful. I recommend this office strongly . Thanks Dr Z and your team, continue your good job!!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Z has been a very exceptional experience with the Dental care that she has provided for me. The tactics that she has taken to eliminate the pain and help me through the process has been phenomenal. This morning I called my super wonderful dentist Dr.Siegel which to my surprise I was told he had retired 😩. I decided to check Dr. Z which I thought if he sold his practice to Dr. Z she must be reputable. I spoke to Jennifer to make an emergency appointment for today. She told me come right in. When I got there I didn’t have to wait long and I was called to go into one of the rooms. Inez introduced herself as Dr’s assistant. Then Dr. Z comes in and introduced herself (very young looking) she has beautiful bedside manners and she was very appeasing when I told her I needed to see when she injected me 🤣... from the beginning until the end she was just the bomb! I thank God for her and hope many blessings. Thank you Dr. Z!
That was at the Aventura location 3 yrs ago😊….February 2024….at Pines location I met with receptionist who was polite. I spoke with Debra and she assisted me with insurance info which she was so sweet in making sure that all of the paperwork was done right. My attendant didn’t tell me her name but she was nice and quick. I’m glad she didn’t get upset after I made a suggestion about something that happened. Got to see Dr. Z’s hubby he stopped by to say Hi which was nice 😊 …Finally I got to see Dr. Zuzel which she still looks young and of course I trust her fully with her recommendations which like every one else you’re usually a bit ansy when seeing a dentist. They’re so friendly here 😊

The Doctor is excellent. The staff is amiable. I had a deep cleaning done, and the lady completing the task was very professional and always caring about me. Thanks to all. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I am satisfied with the service so far I received by now. All the staff are humble and cooperative., specifically the manager. May be I would give the "Excellent" when I finish the treatment.

The staff is always super friendly! Even having an early morning appointment, I was tended to very quickly. My hygienist Tamara was wonderful. She was very gentle during my cleaning, and was also extremely efficient. Not only did she educate me on techniques to improve my mouth health, but also shared and recommended her own personal tools and products she and her family use. I definitely recommend Dr. Z Smiles for any quality dentistry care - If you get Tamara as your hygienist, know you’re in good hands!

I went in today for a second opinion on previously done work and the did a full exam and answered my questions patiently and professionally.

My experience yesterday was extremely satisfying. The ladies at the front desk greeted me immediately and my appointment was "ONTIME", something that is a rarity in todays Doctor offices.
My cleaning and x-rays went well, and the hygienist was immensely considerate throughout the process.
It became apparent that I needed 2 fillings due to receding gum lines and my dentist fit me in and corrected the issue immediately. Just a great overall experience, due in large part to an incredible staff.

Dr . Z Smiles is the BEST DENTIST OFFICE I ever gone too.. Dr Z is very informative, encouraging and provides her patients with the best care.. The prices for their treatments are the best, and they work with you to ensure you get the best treatment and the best value.. The staff is AMAZING; they are kind, pleasant and well versed in the treatment of the patients.. I would choose Dr Z smiles 100 out of 100 times!!!!!
