I had issues with my PayPal and I thought my transaction went through and when I went to pick up my lotion from bath & body works . I was devastated because Miguel checked and it didn’t go through. Thank you Miguel for your phenomenal customer service I appreciate you for taking the time to help me. Crazy part was I accepted that I missed out and Miguel still gave it to me for the price that I originally paid for. Thank you again Miguel.

Outstanding customer service!! Both Elizabeth and the Store manager on duty helped me gladly with an online order I made by mistake. So polite and with a smile on their face. I’m a very happy customer and will come back to this store always.

Sales staff was very helpful, and merchandise displayed well. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and the check out process was very organized and quick on a busy sale day.

I had to buy a few birthday presents to shop for yesterday and decided to stop by Bath and Body Works in Pembroke Pines West and I have to say I was impressed by their customer service, specifically a representative by the name of George. He was so patient and helpful- he even helped me navigate my app to redeem my rewards. Highly recommend using the store app for merchandise discounts. I absolutely love this location. It is less crowded, staff is super friendly and they have excellent customer service. I was looking for a particular wallflower refill fragrance that was sold out. I really wanted to take advantage of the last day of a sale and was disappointed they didn't have it in stock. They called other stores with no luck. In order to take advantage of the sale, they recommend I purchase any other fragrance and they would call me when my fragrance is back in stock, so I can do an exchange. To my surprise, they called me immediately when it came back in stock. Doing the exchange was a super easy transaction.

I just love it. Visiting this store was a nice experience. The Girls there was so helpfull and sweet. The store was so neat and clean. And place smells like home.

My new favorite Bath & Body Works location! The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is extremely clean and well kept. I especially liked the fact that the checkout counters and devices are sanitized between customers.

I went to this store on its second day open and it was a really positive experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were genuinely nice and happy to be there and very sweet to my kids. Even my kids had a great time with their new pocket backs.

Awesome job with candle day(s). Associates were nice & helpful. Smiling & energetic even so early in the morning. Great job with the guidelines due to COVID. Really liked the hand sanitizer offering before entering store.

Now this store is literally a hole in the wall. The sales person told me they been there for almost a year. I go to that plaza 4 times a week and I missed it.
The staff is great and I found the best plug in to make my house smell great.
