Front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Long were all unbelievably sweet and assuring. Dr. Long has a well rounded understanding of biological dentistry and myofunctional care, which is super important to me. Loved my first visit! Making my whole family switch over!

Dr. Long did the most thorough evaluation and analysis of my teeth I ever had. His explanations were very clear and easy to understand and helped me to be more proactive with my dental health.
I have a peace of mind with him as my dentist.

Thank goodness we found All Smiles Dental of Falls Church! Can’t say it enough, the people there are absolutely wonderful, specially Ms Julia and Dr. Pham along with the rest of the staff who are so accommodating and friendly. My son no longer dreads going to the dentist but instead looks forward to his next appointment. 5/5 would recommend their practice.

My family all goes to this dentist office and referred me to them. I went and the staff were pleasant and kind. I had a great deal of anxiety but the dentist and dental assistant were very patient, accommodating and gave me time to relax. It meant a lot to me that they weren’t rushing but instead listened and genuinely took care of me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Update: still the best! Sent my husband who’s scared of dentists and they took great care of him. Don’t go anywhere else- they are amazing!

I went to visit Dr. Long Pham at All Smiles after the dentist I have been seeing for years did a less than stellar job on my fillings. Felt pain weeks after the procedure even after multiple visits. Dr. Long Pham was absolutely able to identify and resolve the issue but the MOST appreciated and impressive part of the process was the way in which he did it.

The Difference:
Dr. Pham took the time to explain the entire process to me as a new patient in a way I could understand (layman's terms). Not only that, but he included me in the decision making process where many times my previous dentists would simply tell me what they were going to do and ask me if I was ok with that. During the actual appointment, the office was extremely busy but never once did I feel rushed or not cared/considered for. Dr. Long was very transparent, communicated the situation and most importantly took his time when he was with me explaining every step of the process ensuring I was comfortable and at ease in the midst of a very hectic time in the office. The care he shows for his patients in second to none.

The Practice:
The techniques and technology used at the practice also seemed very progressive in regards to my experiences with other offices and dentists. Tells me they continue to educate themselves on the latest and greatest when it comes to dentistry.

Customer Service:
The last point I have to make is the entire office staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Whenever there was an issue they took the time to communicate with each other to make sure the information given to me was correct. The customer service was outstanding which I believe is a direct reflection of the practice as a whole.

Summary:
If you are looking for a dentist and do not give this practice an opportunity that is truly your loss. Thank you Dr. Pham and All Smiles!

Dr. Lam is the absolute best! He is so thorough at explaining everything and making sure that you are involved and informed in every step of your care. It is so apparent that he genuinely cares for your health and well-being. I have never really had a good experience with a dentist before and always felt like my concerns were being brushed off, but I am so excited to have finally found a dentist that I can trust. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Lam and his team are amazing! I've been going to this dentist location for a few years now and I always leave happy knowing my teeth are in great hands. The hygienist does an amazing job cleaning and polishing my teeth and Dr. Lam is so chill, smart and polite. I always love our conversations and he truly shows he cares about your mouth's health.

Cleaning: so good! I wish I remembered the lady’s name, but it was painless and quick! Very personable and such an easy process! I highly recommend for your cleaning needs!

Dental work: I had a failing filling and a failing crown, and both needed to be replaced. I’ve been coming to Dr. Long for a while, and even though they are now out of network for me now, the quality of care is so good that it’s worth the extra cost of sticking with him. I don’t know what would be a demonstration of how highly I would recommend you come here! We are price sensitive these days and I’m still going with Dr. Long!

For the actual crown and filling, they have moved on to a newer process called… biomimetic dentistry? Basically they want to mimic the structure of the tooth so you’re less likely to have failure- it’s like adding bumpers to a car- anyway not trying to get into the nitty gritty, go in and ask about it! The crown is awesome, the last one I had clearly had a “cliff” or a lip where the crown ended, and when flossing it would click across it, this time I could easily forget I had a crown, the quality is that nice. My friends said that it looks completely real!

The whole time this is happening, I got an explanation of what’s going on, and the process went by really quickly!

You don’t have to be afraid of the dentist anymore!

I have been having my dental work in this place for 2 years now. Office manager Sybil, dental hygienists Soledad and Julie as well as the doctors have all been working hard to help me with my complicated situation.

They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all very clean.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants excellent dental work.

Took my new client examination yesterday and I am so glad I did! The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. The hygienist that worked on me did a great job with the cleaning; my teeth didn't feel any soreness afterwards and the overall cleaning session was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Afterwards, I got an examination with Dr. Pedro Lam, where he explained everything in very simple terms for me to understand. He gave great recommendations on how to improve my dental hygiene that are easy to do at home. Dr. Lam was very attentive and checking in every now and then when I was getting my cleaning and x-ray scans. We had light conversations that made me feel more comfortable and by the end of the day I felt that I can trust him to take good care of my teeth!

I had fantastic service from everyone in the office. They were both kind and helpful throughout both of my visits! Dr. Lam was especially nice and professional as he did my fillings/examination. My previous dentist doesn’t compare nearly to Dr. Lam. You can truly tell that he and the other members in the staff care about what they’re doing and make sure you’re comfortable during the whole visit! 10/10, will be coming back for sure :)

I love this practice! The staff is wonderful from the front desk to the Dental Assistants and Hygienists and the Docs know their stuff. Dr. Pham has amazing bedside manner and is just good at what he does! Who doesn't want that? If you have questions or concerns, he will take the time to explain things to you. I've always felt comfortable and safe here and I think if you are looking for a dentist that you want to keep for the long term, All Smiles Dental is where you want to go. I have no plans of leaving this practice. Plain and simple good dentists are sometimes hard to find and you don't want just anyone in your mouth! I highly recommended coming here!

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to in my life! I have always been terrified of the dentist but Dr. Pedro Lam and his team made it the most comfortable experience. The customer service of this office is excellent and they truly care about their patients. I’ve been twice in the last few weeks and I was in and out very quickly. The service is great and very efficient. Thank you Dr. Lam and team for being so kind and explaining everything in detail.

The entire staff at All Smiles is friendly, professional, quite competent and efficient. Making appointments is easy, they provide text reminders several days and hours before the appointment, and communicate very well. My son says his dental hygienist and dentist were both “chill” and gentle. We’ve been going to this practice for several years and have always been satisfied.

Dr.Lam AND Dr.Long take such good and thorough care of my teeth. I've had fillings, onlays, and palliative gum care here and can really say they do exceptional work! aesthetically, their work is 10/10, functionally 10/10 too!! highly recommend.

I've been going to All Smiles for the past 6 months for dental care and the staff have provided excellent care for my teeth. I've had a deep cleaning and fillings at this location with each procedure handled very professionally. Both Doctor Long and Lam provided great consultation and advice for maintaining and improving my dental care.

I arrived to my 9/7 Tuesday 2:15 appointment at the Falls Church location about 5 minutes late but was greeted with positivity and smiles. I was greeted by name and the staff quickly gathered the information they needed to proceed with my appointment. Within no longer than two minutes I was escorted to my area where they immediately proceeded with the x-ray and teeth cleaning. The process was seamless without delay between seeing they hygienist and dentist. Throughout the appointment I was provided options for additional service as well as the opportunity to schedule my next appointment. As the conclusion the staff and I engaged in conversation where I was able to get a couple questions answered. The entire staff is incredible friendly and the process was again seamless.

I had a great experience from Dr. Pedro Lam today and the rest of the dentistry staff. Procedures were efficient, the office was clean and Dr. Lam made sure to walk through all x-rays and photos he needed with me, and most importantly made me feel comfortable in laying out a comprehensive plan to getting my teeth back to good health! He really stresses on educating his patients that I'm not used to with the older dentist I used to go to.

Dr.Lam has made the dental experience amazing, friendly, and easy. I have been worried about going to the dentist but had severe pain due to that fear. The moment I came in I was treated with concern for my severe pain and everyone was there to help me be comfortable from the assistants to the office staff. The specialist I was recommended was exceptional as well. I am so satisfied with my dental health now and am taking much better care of my oral health thanks to the friends at All smile dental. I love to smile thanks to Dr.Lam and the team!

Decided to look for a new dentist in the area and struck gold! The staff (receptionist, hygienist) was extremely friendly and Dr. Lam was very patient with all my questions. He explained step-by-step what he was doing and made me feel calm throughout the entire process. He gives his full attention and provides complete end-to-end service. He was there to give a friendly greeting when I walked in, ran the procedure, and even explained the billing and insurance options. He puts his patients first and it really shows. I highly recommend Dr Lam and will be using him for all my dental needs.
