Hilton Alexandria-Old Town

I attended a Church Banquet on 4-13-24, and I had a great time. The room was great, and the food was great. We had 69 attendees, everyone stated that they enjoyed the Banquet. I look forward to future events at the Hilton in Old Town, Virginia. Hospitality was great, which included the staff also.

Hilton is a brand you can depend on. The hotel is wonderful. The beds are amazing. The staff is friendly. Everything is super clean and well taken care of.

Excellent hotel! Room was great, service was good, has a Starbucks right in the lobby, breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent as well, right across the street from the metro. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent place to stay in Alexandria. Located right across from the Metro station (yellow and blue lines). Old town Alexandria is a 20 minute walk down King Street. Plenty of food options in the area and even more in Old Town. There was a noise issue in the hotel from some guests on another floor and the staff resolved it quickly. Parking is adjacent ($$) in a garage. Starbucks in lobby.

Loved my stay! The front desk staff was so kind and warm, in particular Amber (who is a total rockstar at her job). The room was super cozy and clean, location is great. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend stay to the DC area. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. The location is great with the South King Street Metro Station directly across the street. The surrounding area is wonderful with plenty of restaurants and a whole foods within short walking distance. We enjoyed a night at the hotel bar with great service. The room was large, clean and peaceful. My wife loved the large towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating providing suggestions for getting around using the Metro. Highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly staff, that was very good at giving some great recommendations of things to do and see while in the area. Convient parking. Very comforting and a great place to stay on your visit into the area. Very close by to quite a few of the superb sites and attractions.

Such a nice walk at night. Friendly people and soothing atmosphere. Charming cobblestone sidewalks outside. Festively lit, warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower has a step on it if you need to prop your leg up or the Mrs needs to shave. The sink handles were classy. The beds are very comfortable and have multiple pillows. The room we had came with a table, chair and dresser. We stayed 3 days so we got to experience a lot of the staff, parking and lobby. There is a banquet hall downstairs for events, a restaurant, bar and concessions area. If you want cookies or snacks. We ordered in and forgot silverware multiple times and the wait staff always offered us silverware when we asked with pleasure.

Loved the location. Perfect walk to the metro and bus stops. Great restaurant/in room dining - food was delicious. Quiet hotel even though it’s by the metro - slept very peacefully. Starbucks in the lobby for coffee if you don’t want the in room coffee. Fast and friendly service. Has a small store as well to buy snacks, drinks, etc.

Very nice and pretty hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms are upgraded nicely with large showers. There is a lively bar and restaurant as well as a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby, so it was nice to not have to venture out so early for that. There are a lot of restaurants and a Whole Foods a short walk away,. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

Spacious room with two double beds. Close to the train station with direct access to Washington DC. Easy to get to from Dulles airport. 10 min to shops and restaurants.

Wow wow wow! This is the Hilton experience I’ve missed. I travel every week for work and stay religiously at Hilton brand hotels. It is amazing how different an experience can be from hotel to hotel, but this location exceeded my expectations. Every member of the team was pleasant and gracious. My room was clean and comfortable and it was lovely coming back to fresh towels and crisp sheets each night. The fitness center at this location is also very well equipped - a major plus. A pleasant experience from check-in to check-out in a wonderfully walkable location.

Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of outlets. They have closet and drapes which I prefer. My room was away from the street and very quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Starbucks in the hotel is great but they get their baked goods later in the morning on Tuesdays so that didn't work for me but the next day no problems.

Originally booked a room at the courtyard but immediately left after checking in bc it was dirty and had an odor. I booked a room with the Hilton right away and was so satisfied with my room and the hotel overall. The cleanliness and comfort was unmatched. I will most likely stay here again when I come to the area for work. B

I love staying at this hotel when I was at a this location in 2016 for school college. A hotel room was nice clean very close to the metro train station. Food was fresh and delicious every morning. Very close to a Whole Foods where I had dinner one night. Close enough that I could get some clothes once you it was either Ross or tjmax. Got some dress pants for an event. The school is hosting at the hotel.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Alexandria!! The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. Their breakfast buffet was wonderful every day. Parking is cheaper if you pay for it with your room rate, as is the breakfast buffet. They also offer a menu for breakfast and lunch/dinner. I much preferred the breakfast to the dinner options. The parking garage is low, and I definitely do not recommend driving a truck or large SUV. It has a clearance of only 6'6". The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby and armed security. There are in-room safes. It is right next to the King Street Metro station for quick access into DC, and the King Street trolley runs up and down King Street until 11pm. It's free to ride. Old Town is an extremely safe and fun neighborhood to wander. Lots of restaurants and cute shops.

I stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a place to stay during a last minute trip to DC. The hotel location could not have been more perfect! There is a metro station and King Street trolley stop are literally across the street. It made getting into DC and Old Town Alexandria a total breeze! The rooms were meticulously clean, and the staff was beyond welcoming. I mentioned prior to arrival that my parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary during our visit, and they went above and beyond by upgrading them to a suite, delivering chocolate cover strawberries and champagne to their room PLUS decorating their bed with rose petals and towels made into two kissing swans! We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning in the restaurant. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay just outside of the district then look no further than this one. We will definitely be returning!

I did a short visit during president day weekend.
The service was amazing! Front desk staff help me with any problem I had. Breakfast tasted great and never waited for coffee.
The room were always clean when requested.
Metro station is close by making it easy to travel to Washington DC. I would come and stay again if visiting Washington DC.
