Very clean and safe. Parking is reasonably priced. Elevator is available instead of stairs. Concession stand is clean and well stocked with delicious items

Love the reclining seats. It just sits different when it’s a long movie, very clean all around, bathrooms very clean.

The lift is a bit complicated to find the parking garage, but it’s a place to visit for shopping, watching movies and variety of foods available and restaurants.

I haven't been to a movie here in years but it's bout time I goes in for a visit and see what the vibe gives these days. And it seems like it's super dry not a bunch of lil youngings hang out when it's no school lol other than dat yeah it's dat. I like it da way it used 2 be tbh

The location is great for anyone living in Ballston area of Arlington. The theaters are clean with powered recliners and stadium seating. Though you can reserve seats using online ticketing services, there truly are no bad seats.

Speaking from my experience only (yes, this is anecdotal). The staff members running the theaters were absolutely fantastic. I was truly stunned by their courtesy, professionalism, and general willingness to be helpful. My most recent experience was April 13th, 2023. I hope others will experience the same.

Although the bathrooms on the bottom level were not working the night that we went, the staff was very informative and helpful and nice. The facility was clean and only a few other people were in a new release movie.

Haven't been in a long time, was upgraded quite a bit. Great seats and usual snacks. Good beer selection too! Parking garage is bit of a maze.

Nice theater and mall. Good place for shoppers with plenty of in-house parking for $1

The service is excellent. We had our seats for a movie 3 of the 4 reclining seats were not working. I let them know, they quickly sent someone to come check them and got them to work before the movie started. We love how family friendly thos movie theater is, as well as how clean. Popcorn is always fresh and never had a flat soda yet.

Clean theatre & restrooms. Friendly associates. Comfortable recliner seats. I usually go on Tuesdays when it's not busy so I can't speak to how it is on weekends. Highly recommend, especially on Tuesdays. Money saving tip: join regal rewards program & your movie ticket on Tuesdays is only $6.50, & popcorn is 50% off.

My first time visiting this Movie Theater. My Boo and I saw "Death on the Nile". Nice Concessions, including, to my pleasant surprise, a varied "Beer"selection. Comfortable seating that reclined and a nice size Screen. Parking Garage located conveniently next door. I will definitely be returning.🙂

Since I visited last time they have updated the theater and it is awesome now. Seats are very comfortable and comfy

Cool place staff is friendly and nice although a little slow. Really comfortable chairs. You need to go inside up to the third deck to find it in case you are looking. Can not emphasize enough the chairs were seriously comfortable theater is clean. Really good experience overall.

Went to see the movie "Long Shot", when we got there, no lines, just a few folks at the concession stand. When we went to the theater, what a nice layout. You find your seat, and the are full recliner seats, roomy, and you have a little table with a cup holder that swings so you can bring it on front of you if you need. Boy the seats are comfy. Its roomy enough if you need to get up, you can comfortably get out while the other folks ate fully stretched out in their recliners. Want to see a movie, you will love it here!!

The seats were big comfy and the popcorn was hot!!

Very good movie theater. I really enjoyed the seats they were spacious and comfortable. Some thoughts although the seating is very nice ticket seem to sell very fast and a lot of the good seats are gone quickly I started off wanting to see a movie at 1 p.m. and didn't get to see the movie with good seats till 9:30 p.m. However I had a great time. Just know that if you want to see new movies that you have to get your tickets fast.

I see movies twice a month at this location for the last year or so. A year ago, they would be 3 out of 5 stars at best (never seemed like they had enough staff to man the concession booths and clean the theaters). But over the last year they've done a 180 and really improved the experience and staff. Getting up the elevator is still a challenge due to all the mall construction, but there isn't anything the theater can do about that. Nice to see this location pull their act together. Keep it up.
