She told me a lump on my back inside gum was bone. It continued to bother me for months until it became severely painful and infected. I had another dentist and surgeon take care of it.
She was also rude to me on the phone once when I called her for advice. I had seen another dentist because they specialized in an issue I was having. She acted offended that I had seen the other dentist as if going behind her back. It was wierd.
Bottom line- communication issues and lack of trust in providers decisions.

I called to make an appointment for a new patient because I just moved to the area. The lady on the office answered with the attitude saying they will not accept any new patients.

She told me that two chips in my molars had always been there when they were clearly sharp and new.
