I recommend it! You get great sushi. Packed nicely and does not fall apart. Great size. We always come here if we want great food for the money! Melissa and Sharon are always great along with their staff.

Great lunch experience in this place. The service was very good and the food delicious. We were hoping to sit at the sushi bar but they open it at 5:00pm. The place is clean and the location is good. We will come back!

Awesome sushi bar is a boat carousel. You pay by the plate. Different colored plates determine the price $4.95-$8.95. Sushi is always fresh.

Great fresh food, service is wonderful, and atmosphere is hopping Love love love the rolls and my son gets the chicken fried rice every time. Enough food to take home!

Blue Ginger is a unique experience as it showboats all there amazing dishes. Make sure to arrive early as the bar does fill up. My favorite was the Tuna Tataki. Definitely, a must visit in Pembroke Pines.

I’ve always loved this place, I’ve been coming here since high school. I’ve fallen in love with them all over again! We ordered a party platter with no expectations of how beautiful and we’ll crafted this platter would be. The sushi was impeccable and so well made. They had decorations and fruits cut into roses. Everything was well thought out and looked beautiful!!! I’m so thankful that they made such a beautiful platter! My birthday was a great success with this platter ❤✨

This was my first time in a Sushi style restaurant....it was pretty crowded, but we got seated pretty quick. The food was really good and we ordered a ton of stuff just to try different things-nothing disappointed me, and when it comes to fish, especially raw stuff I'm very picky!
One minor complaint, the booth got to be a little uncomfortable for my back-table was a little bit away from seats so I had to bend too much....but food and service went beyond expectations!
The sushi bar looks interesting too, but during times of Covid...I'll eat at the booth!!
I'll take daughter here again for sure!!

This is one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in SoFlo!!! Highly recommend going after 5 pm and sitting at the sushi boat bar. I LOVE this place because the small plates allow you to sample as many items as you would like. Everything is deliciously fresh and they’ve added some yummy new options to the already amazing selection. I can’t remember the name of the roll, but if they have one topped with avocado and jalapeño, that’s my fave!! The scallops and shrimp stuffed with asparagus were excellent, too!

Took the GF the Friday before Valentine's Day! There was a 20 minute wait but we sat at the bar, were we got to see the boats travel around with many options to pick.
the concept is basically you pick whatever food you want and they you pay after wards when the waitress calculatea your bill based kn the color plates that you have stacked on your table. Each plate is a different color and each one has a different value. I had a mixture of everything and my bill was about $110.
This was my 3rd time coming here and I'm still amazing d by the boats! And its always fun seen a new dish coming fresh on thr kitchen and just hoping that no one else gets it before you.

This place is amazing. I work very long hours so so far never eaten in but can't wait to go with family and or friends. They have basically a sushi carousel which just ups the ambience. Even when picking up, you wish you were dining in. Also, the fried rice really is the best. I could eat that by itself for days. So excited to try everything on the menu. The staff is really amazing as well. A truly wonderful team. I consider this a restaurant gem in the Pines. Makes me happy I live close by but either way I would gladly make the commute. I will say it does get busy especially in the evening but if you've never given them a try do not let this put you off. You would be seriously missing out. 😍 😉 😊

This place is a staple in our home. The food quality is consistent, whenever we pick up food, our order is done well, and they’re usually really quick. Price is pretty good compared to other places and their quality.

Excellent sushi chefs making excellent sushi. It's nice to see the concept of the little boats carrying 🍣 sushi is still around. Some other places have instead switched to using conveyor belts. They have a nice selection of sushi rolls going around the bar. I tried many with salmon and all were very good. Occasionally a sashimi plate or steak skewers plate will go by as well. Both were also very good.

It was crowded when we went on a Friday at 8pm. We had to wait 20 minutes for a spot. But it was worth it, they put big portions of fish in the sushi. Will definitely come back for more.

Blue Ginger is our go to! Any day of the week, we can arrive, be seated right away or within 15 minutes - at the bar of course - and enjoy a delicious, fresh and affordable! We almost go weekly!

Though there was a line when we got there, we opted for First Available and we were seated within 20 minutes at the bar where there were... get ready for this... FLOATING BOATS WITH FOOD! The three sushi chefs in the middle were churning out delicious and fresh sushi and Japanese tapas. The pricing schedule depended on what color plate the food was on. You can also order off a separate menu, which we did and ordered the Happiness Roll as it was mentioned often on Yelp and it was very good. The club like ambience wasn't overpowering where you could still hold a conversation while gently bobbing your head to the music. We definitely look forward to coming back.
