My experience at Lowe's in West Pembroke Pines was truly outstanding. The customer service was exceptional, especially when I needed to return a faulty product. They not only processed the refund seamlessly but also encouraged me to explore other options in the store. Grateful for their guidance, I not only received a refund but also ended up making a purchase – albeit a modest one, a protein bar, and a smart drink. Thank you, Lowe's, for your excellent customer service that turned a challenge into a positive shopping experience.

Excellent experience with the Paint Technician in Paint Department. He recommended the Trim & cabinet paint I needed for my cabinet project, then took the time to walk me to the paint display to select the paint. I asked about paint brush selection & again, he showed me the best paint brush selection & the wood filler I would need.

I thanked him for providing excellent customer service to a 1st time paint project consumer. Kudos to Lowe's!!

This Lowe's location puts all others to shame . I would gladly drive out of my way to shop here.. The isles are well stocked and organized the employees are all top notch friendly and eager to help 👍🏼.. Especially the tool department which is the most organized and well maintained of any big box store .. I have a lot of experience with them all .

I usually go to HD. I won't anymore! The people at Lowes were actually helpful! I was asked several times if I needed help finding something. When I did, I got a friendly smile. Holy cow! That NEVER HAPPENS AT HD! In fact, HD employees ignore you and never look up unless they are talking to each other, but they ignore you still!
Way better selection of pavers, too.
I'm a Lowes customer from now on!

The most satisfying home shopping store available in the city

I needed to buy some plumbing tools for some repairs at home and it was super easy to get everything here. The order and arrangement of the store made sense, the staff was available and did not seen bothered by questions. Will return for more tools that's for sure

I like this place. Great variety of products but little messy to find something. Good prices

Always used to go to Home Depot but with Lowe’s getting a contract with Klein I’ve found myself at Lowe’s more often and it’s always pretty easy. Hard to get an employee but after some wandering you’ll be able to find stuff on your own.

I went to the garden center and had some good plants, trees and lots of garden stuff also the employees were very helpful!

Customer Service was excellent. Employees were pleasant and approachable with smiles. Very knowledgeable about products in their areas. Prices were competitive but the specials gave Lowe's an edge

Lowes has very good products. It is a very clean and organized store. It is quiet too. I find that it is more pleasant walking through the Lowes's isles than Home Depot's isles. However, Home Depot has more variety and sometimes better prices.

Good store, but general manager should train his personnel, most of the time they don’t know how to help clients because they don’t know the name of the tools or they don’t know where they are
Other than that, I enjoy visiting the store

Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable about helping me find the products I needed to paint a room. Marc in paint was also very knowledgeable and recognized my needs in the paint I was choosing. Will go back for sure.

Ordered stool to be picked up. Once there used app to advise what space I was in. In less than 3 minutes they brought it right to my car. Great way to shop online and do pickup

I went today for the father's day event and Chris the garden center manager was the best he was so friendly and helpful, I think they did a great job and I hope they keep doing more of these event, great staff.

I was at this store 2 Sunday’s ago and a young fella, Ken helped me at the self check out. It was a bit new for me. He made me a wonderful experience.
