Enjoyed the experience thoroughly, yet because we live on the 2nd floor in our condo complex, we needed to pay extra for the premium delivery. I think if you purchase an item that cost over a certain amount, shipping should just be free altogether.

The staff at the Ashley Furniture store off of I-75 and Sheridan are very friendly and personable. We loved their no pressure approach to sales, popping in from time to time answer any questions. They gave us the freedom to wander and explore the store at our leisure with no pressure or hovering over us.

This is the third time purchasing from this Ashley location. I have been extremely happy on every occasion. They have a nice selection and variety of styles and price points. I advise you to ask for Jonathan Perez when you go in. He is a terrific combination of a salesman who has knowledge of all the products he sells and yet is not pushy in his selling style. If you need to be gently guided and not pushed and hard sold while your furniture shopping then Jonathan is the guy to work with.

Visited the Davie store looking for family room furniture and had a great experience.
Scarlet greeted us upon arrival and provided all the information requested without pressure while being very customer friendly at the same time.
Will definitely come back for our next purchase.
