Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing service from Ms. Debbie at Value City Furniture. From the moment My family & I walked in, she went above and beyond to ensure that our furniture shopping experience was seamless and satisfying.

Not only did Ms Debbie greet us with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, but she also took the time to understand our needs and style. She patiently guided us through the store, & offered expert recommendations tailored to our vision.

What truly impressed us was Ms Debbie’s dedication to making sure we were satisfied & how patient she was with my two little ones. She went out of her way to accommodate our ideas, even going the extra mile to find the perfect piece that suited our decor. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly remarkable.

The sales representative was extremely helpful in my selection and she was very thorough in explaining all the pertinent information that I needed to know. I'm very happy with my purchase. I've already received lots of compliments about my dining room. Several friends have asked where did I buy such an elegant set and pf course I told them Wayfair.

With customer service being as poor as it is today I look forward to walking in the store and being greeted by the lovely, pleasant young lady Ms. Jackie,she makes you feel like you're at home and part of your family when you're shopping for furniture. “I cheated on Ms. Jackie”

I have been shopping at Value City with Ms. Jackie since 2015. She has always gone over and beyond for my family and I. I caught ear of a sale at different store, and I explored my options. Within a week I had issues that popped up and the salesperson, manager, nor corporate would rectify the mistake on their part. Ms. Jackie and Value City Customer Service would never let a customer leave unsatisfied. Needless to say I canceled my order and within the next 30 minutes I found myself at Value City before closing. I was able to purchase everything I needed and more! Ms. Jackie is always understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. I learned a very hard lesson in the last week and I will never cheat again!!! When you cheat on Ms. Jackie, you’re also cheating yourself out of an amazing, loving, caring and patient experience. Nobody seriously takes care of their customers like Ms. Jackie does.

I came in looking for a formal dining room after having the dining set in which my beloved father gave my mother before his passing. Even though I’m attached to the dining set and still will not part with it for nothing in the world… I want to make my home furnishings speak for me and not have parents style from 1990s as my own.

I met Ms. Jackie since I was referred to her by two (2) of her previous clients as well as Ms. Wright who is also a longtime customer. They raved about her so I just knew I was in the right place. She helped me figure out the style in which I wanted my home to SHINE with. I realized that she truly cared when I made a change in the table last minute and she was able to call around and research for the complete set since it was not in stock.

What touched me was when we were closing out and I was leaving Ms. Jackie gave me a personalized card that made my day. The card stated that she is always mindful of who comes first..: that just made my day because she put me 1st. That’s something that as a mother and wife who puts her own family before herself it makes us feel good to be thought about even by a stranger. It’s truly the little things that count and that just floored me to the point where I know this is my FOREVER STORE… because of the level of customer service I received.

Value City, I have one question for you.. Who do we reward for hiring Ms. Jackie? We recently visited this location and upon entering, we were greeted by the most genuinely gracious and amusing kind hearted lady. She made our visit extremely special and made us very comfortable, which I'm truly grateful for. She honestly had a special gift when it comes down to customer service, we truly didn’t want to leave her. Anyone who’s reading this review, there’s lots of furniture stores but if you want to have an amazing and entertaining experience while you’re spending your money, please go visit Ms. Jackie at Chesapeake square.You’ll love her just as much as we do.

Ms. Jackie is so sweet! She sold to me years ago and we remembered each other :) She is the best ever and guaranteed to make you smile/laugh. She is always the same no matter what! My go to person with amazing customer service!!! Ask for her, you won’t regret it.

We recently bought a bedroom set from Debbie. The one thing in retail that is hard to find is someone that is both professional and personable, Debbie is that person. She was helpful but gave you time to look around without being overbearing. She has a way of connecting with you that made our experience awesome! If you shop at Value City Furniture, ask for Debbie, she’s the best!

We met Jackie Davis at the VCF in Chesapeake Square. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, pleasantly engaging and a consumate customer service professional.
We were very impressed with the time and effort she took to make sure our sale was processed correctly.

Initially walking into VCF Chesapeake Square location I wasn’t greeted properly. BUT there was an angel on the floor….Ms. Jackie Davis. Let’s talk about it! She went above & beyond over & over to help get the chair I wanted. They only had the floor model & the other associate said I would have to wait until late March to get it but Ms. Jackie had the last say this day. She elevated the concern to upper management & before I left the store, I was now the new owner. PERIODTTT!

Bryon was AMAZING from start to finish! Very helpful and informative. Superb customer service and very personable. We will definitely make sure we always ask for Bryon when we go to the Value City Furniture Chesapeake Square. We went for looking to purchase a recliner but left with a sleigh bed and mattress set. Great customer service goes a long way!

My experience with Value City was an absolute dream. It was all, 100%, thanks to Mr. Andrew Lee! He was extremely attentive to our needs and went above and beyond what you'd expect from a "typical salesman" . If you're heading to this Value City Furniture and you don't ask for Andrew by name, you are really selling yourself short. I will be back to see Andrew again soon for more quality furniture and a great experience!

Ms Jackie is an amazing salesperson and when you’re in her presence she seems like a a lifelong friend, she sits down and literally have a conversation with you and remembered my name from 5 years ago. When we spoke with her on the phone we told her that we would be there in 2 hours and didn’t show up and my phone rings and it was her manager to make sure that we were on our way. Drew and Tim did a great job bringing the furniture and setting it up on time. Fred Flowers is about the best salesman you could have.

Ms Jackie has always gone above and beyond to help us. We moved out of state and made a special trip back to Chesapeake just to see Ms Jackie about 2 chairs we wanted. Ms Jackie did not stop looking until she found the chairs at a different location. Ms Jackie was not concerned about the commission she was more concerned about customer satisfaction. Our daughters will be shopping for furniture soon & we will definitely be sending them to see Ms Jackie because we know she will guide them & make sure they will get the best deals. **A valuable asset to the company **

Tricia helped us and was amazing and very knowledgeable! She has a great personality and very outgoing.
