Red Lobster

My Wife and I went for the endless shrimp and it's takes a while to get your fill of shrimp. Each dish comes with 5-6 shrimp and you start out with 3 dishes, and 2 dishes at a time after that. It took about 15 minutes between dishes, soon after a couple hours, we just decided to leave. Don't know if it's truly "endless". I could've eaten another 50 shrimp at least but it would've been past closing time before I got that many.

The five of us went for lunch, (lasted all day). There was a birthday girl if 61 counts at our ages. The food was good, expensive, but fun for us. Enough leftovers that either a husband or a son got a good dinner also. No complaints really. The young man waiting on us was very nice and friendly.

I have never had a bad experience at Red Lobster. The atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff is always very hospitable. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend eating here and who doesn't just love those delicious cheesy biscuits?? 😋

My boyfriend and I been stuck on the seafood in a bag places and honestly forgot about Red Lobster. We decided to go on the worst day of the year which was Valentine's day. It was packed in there. Our waiter Hollywood was everything. He made the experience so much better. The food took a little long which is expected on that type of night but he made sure to keep us laughing and kept in touch. I meant to talk to the manager and tell he/she how amazing he was. The food was delicious. We will be returning.

The restaurant was a little understaffed so service was a tiny bit longer than what one might expect, but the service provided was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was nicely prepared and fresh. Worth the wait. Our waiter Tyler definitely stood out despite being the only server for the entire section. I would and plan to return.

Visiting from NC and took my daughter here for lunch while kids were in school. We got there a half hour after it opened, wasn't very busy but still had to wait almost 20 mins for a table, our server ( can't remember his name) was very friendly, answered our questions about certain items professionally but the only drawback was it did start to get busy and our server was unexpectedly given more tables so we had to wait for our food alittle longer than we anticipated, my daughter was given the wrong order and we was on a time crunch to pick up my grandsons from bus stop so we ended up having to get "to go" boxes and take it home! Needless to say lobster doesn't do well when reheated but overall it was okay!

The food is always the food, you like it or you don't. I have been to many RL locations, I was here 12/29/2023 and chose to review this one in Chesapeake, VA. for 2 reasons. First, we had a party of 6 (2 toddlers included), our server, I believe her name was Laniyah, forgive me if I'm wrong. She was pregnant, had to be 3rd trimester or close to it. She was courteous, interactive, helpful, and kept a beautiful smile on her face! She never once made it seem that she was incapable due to her pregnancy and I even noticed her interaction with her other tables and feel the same way. She's a good one in a time of dying customer service. Second, whoever was on the biscuits that night should be rewarded! The biscuits were perfectly buttered and moist all the way through. Most locations have slacked on the true process of making these biscuits. The atmosphere was good and the other employees were very nice at every interaction. 👌🏽 💣 🎆

Nice restaurant for a family dinner or lunch.
Very courteous staff. Nice ambiance.

My small take out order was placed in the largest bag they have. So when I arrived home, scampi sauce spilled all in the bag and over my car mat. I just dealt with it. Couldn't drive back out there.

I enjoy everything except the Seafood signature mushroom, it tastes just like fish and straight seafood.

Our server Shay was great. The food was hot and delicious, and it wasn't overly crowded for a Sunday.

This is a great Red Lobster location. Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious! I ate shrimp every kind of way thanks to the all you can eat shrimp special! 🍤 And they were all Yummy!

I told Jalecia I had to leave her a review so I’m just keeping my word. One of your staff members Jalecia was absolutely amazing when we stopped in after along sad day at the hospital. She first took our names down on the phone upon arrival there was a slight waiting time that she assured not only us but all the customers with a smile on her face that the wait won’t be long and it wasn’t at all. Partly just because of her attitude and ability to control a hectic work time with smile on her face. Then when being seated she took it upon herself to get us our drinks and bread knowing that we had been waiting. After arriving with our bread she took our order and that’s when I knew I had to leave her a review. Not once did she show an ounce of frustration or anger for the hectic situation and bad work day she might have been having. You guys at the Chesapeake Red Lobster have the kind of worker that changes a working environment. She’s the do it all type that motivates those around her whether it be a big or small task Jalecia is awesome! I’d do everything in my power to make sure she knows how much she’s appreciated. For me I’ll always remember her and her great service on 2/10/23 because my family and I weren’t in a good spirits but she made that meal special just with the way she treated us as customers. So thank you again Jalecia!!

Stopped in for a birthday dinner and had a great time. The clam pieces were okay. Didn't taste like anything but the presentation was beautiful! I forgot to take pictures of the lobster pizza. It literally vanished from the plate in seconds it was that good😩😩. The soup was okay. And for main dish...I learned you could order the shrimp linguini alfredo with Cajun seasoning. MAGNIFIQUE!!! Please please try that. It was bomb and I was mad we had to leave early and I couldn't enjoy it. Our server was wonderful at his job and helped us make the most of our decisions. He made every table feel special and each experience unique. We hadn't stopped in a while and this visit was refreshing!

My husband and I grandson visited the Red Lobster in Chesapeake Square Blvd In Chesapeake. Our waiter Nailah was so super sweet, very patient and so genuine. She is DEFINITELY THE BEST

Our waitress Laniyah was KIND, FAST and FRIENDLY. She was really GREAT everything came out hot and we all received everything correctly🤗. Thank you for ALL that you do Laniyah we think you’re absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!

My visit to this Red Lobster was exceptional today. Red Lobster is a chain seafood restaurant that I enjoy occasionally. The food at this location is always good but what shined today was service. Our service was just great, the server clearly wanted us to have a great dinner. Our food was hot and fast and tasted very good. This visit makes me want to eat here more often.

The waiter Kevin is great; personable with excellent customer service. The food was good, but to be honest, I've never gotten anything except popcorn shrimp. This is a place my nephew always wants me to take him, he is 14.

I am by far not a seafood fan. But I thought I would suck it up to keep the Wife happy. Red lobster you did not let me down! I had plenty of options and things to try for the first time.

Our service here tonight was awesome 🥰 the food was delicious 😋 A Birthday Celebration to remember 🥳
