Dr. Neely is soo professional. From the moment you walk into the office it’s so calm. On to the inspection of my ear, I had impacted wax, so much and so hard the drops wasn’t enough, the vacuum and then she tried the magic and then it started, no pain whatsoever the wax started coming out layer by layer. It was so much but eventually I can hear a pin drop. My ear was so light. It was the greatest experience. Definitely heading back to her in the next 6 months.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Dr. Neely is an amazing doctor and has a phenomenal, caring and emphatic beside manner that all physicians should strive to emulate. Dr. Neely is truly a sweet angel. My husband went in for what he believed was excessive ear wax when in turned out he had dry skin excess inside. She easily and quickly removed the dead skin. She explains everything thoroughly and is extremely reasonable in price. I highly recommend her.

Went to get my ears checked and was nervous about what could possibly be in there, but the minute I interacted with Dr. Neely, I was put at ease. She was so kind and so sweet, even gave my girlfriend and I some complementary ear drops on the way out. Not to mention she was very gentle while doing the cleaning. I would like to comment on my experience with Dr. Neely regarding my Hearing test. Dr. Neely is one of the "BEST" Doctors I have come in contact with in a long time. She was very pleasant to speak to and understanding to my situation concerning my hearing-loss. She assisted me in every way possible along with answering all my questions that I had. Dr.Neely was fantastic! I came in with ear wax impaction and having a hard time hearing. I got an appointment an hour after calling. Dr.Neely was professional, quick and AFFORDABLE.
