Froedtert Moorland Reserve Health Center

I have only used the physical therapy services at Froedtert Reserve, but I have had only good, positive experiences with all the employees at that facility. From the receptionists, to the nurses and physical therapists, all have been excellent. I would recommend to anyone needing physical therapy or cardiac rehabilitation to check them out.

My husband and I received colonoscopies. Dr.Eichenseer was great. The team that worked with us was great and answered all questions/concerns. Everything was so fast and quick- would highly recommend if you’re debating getting a colonoscopy to get one here! Amazing staff, hope you enjoyed the Chick-fil-A :)

After suffering from a gnarly respiratory infection for the last five days, I decided I needed to be seen and gave this Urgent Care facility a try since I couldn't be seen by my regular primary care doctor. It was a good experience. I was able to make a "reservation" online and was escorted to a room within a few minutes of the estimated appointment time. Needing a chest x-ray and a couple of other tests, I was there a bit longer than expected, but everything happened like clockwork. The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Rachel, was excellent and a very good listener.

3.2 stars is misleading for this facility as a whole. I read through lots of low rated urgent care visits, and a lot of complaints that were contrary to my entire visit. The woman at the front desk was courteous, even at 7 in the morning. I was able to see Dr. Bryan Beaumont almost immediately, and he took the time to be personable and answer all my questions. He was thorough and provided insight/advice on health topics on each potential issue he could find. I saw no fewer than 3 smiles from employees under their masks as they directed me where to go and as I was leaving. Scheduling was a breeze as it took only a 2 minute phone call. Lab work took less than 3 minutes as Majd called me back almost as soon as I sat down and found my vein expertly. The only complaint I have is the paperwork was a bit redundant, but I'm sure that's not coming from anyone in this building specifically. The 1 star reviews are outrageous. Sometimes there is a difference between what is medically indicated and what you want.

I changed primary doctors to this location as well as my husband. We both see Dr Bryan Beaumont and he's amazing. He takes the time to work with you, answers your questions, etc. I've also switched to orthopedic here and so far they are great also. I am in the process of switching others to this location.

I use this clinic often for some of my specialists as well as the urgent care, labs and radiology. If Children’s urgent care isn’t open I will take my children here as well. Always we have received stellar care. I’ve never met an employee there that appeared unhappy. They all seem to enjoy their job and it comes out as great customer service!!

My choice clinic for many needs. I need to get weekly infusions of fluids... and the nurses here are really top notch. No hassle of parking at the main Froedtert campus, either!

Their ER is also top notch. I always go here verses the main campus, as the wait is always next to nothing. My Crohn's disease sometimes is very painful, but they are always on top of the pain and all necessary tests. Sadly... they all know me because of my frequent need. But that is also a benefit, as they have experienced my disease and know how to treat the first round of the battle. The docs and nurses are super nice, very patient centric, and on top of everything... always. If I need to get admitted, they have New Berlin PD truck you over to the 'big house' as they call it.

I will always choose this clinic as my primary for emergency and infusion care. Keep up the outstanding work!

Well, I have been to Urgent Care three times and all three times I was seen promptly and can't say enough about how well I was treated. Receptionist, nurse and MD's all great. I think the clinic is beautiful and state-of-the-art. I'm so happy to have this health center to go to here in New Berlin.

I have used the urgent care a few times in the recent past and it has always been a good experience. Nurse Practitioners and doctors who genuinely care and go that extra step to make sure you're comfortable and aware of your treatment at every step. I highly recommend this group and will continue to use their services for my family and I.

Dr. Kuemmet is an amazing physician. He spent time establishing care, listening to me and including me in the development of my treatment plan and follow-up plans. He listened with empathy and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him for dermatology concerns.

I see Dr. Siddiqui as my primary physician. He has been fantastic so far. I get there are plenty of reasons to not like going to the doctor, but if you are in the area and want someone that actually takes their time with you, has a good personality and knows what they are doing, I would look into Dr. Siddiqui. He is newer at the clinic and has openings.. Do yourself a favor. Plus the nurses that I have come in contact with have been excellent, both in knowledge and in personality. How can you go wrong?

I have poor health and have been in many, many Dr's offices and Urgent Care centers. By a far margin of comparison, this place here is the very best I have been to. Always friendly, fast and concerned. Keep it up. You all do a wonderful job. Thank You All!

I've only been here once but it was a positive experience. The facility was clean and modern, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and capable, the environment was nice and it was also great to have such easy parking! A lot of the negative reviews here are not the clinic's fault - they are more issues with their own insurance companies and their own issues.

Dr. Evan Meier is an absolute gem. He listens to you. And provided above and beyond excellent medical care. He is an super and great medical great doctor I shall follow him anywhere he goes to The people, other than than the the revisionists. The doctors and medical assistant are absolutely amazing. Thpey have so many services there. This is my absolute favorite clinic out of all of the froedtert clinics available.

I had a GI proceedure schuduled, but needed to cancel. do to an emergency dental problem. I spoke to Terri who was so understanding and suggested I speak to one of the nurses. Deb the nurse called me immediatly and was so kind and understanding, and helped me reschudle my appointment. What a great crew at Moorland Reserve, Shout out to Heidi as well, thank you for all the great direction on my up coming proceedure. Love this place.

Alicia Morales APNP was my provider today and she was fantastic! The whole experience was a positive one. She was thorough, listened to my concerns and I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend this place and Alicia.

The urgent care facility was staffed with friendly knowledgeable medical personnel. The wait time was minimal. I definitely would use this facility if needed again!

Best place I have ever been! And, I've been to the Mayo. It is much more personal than the main facility and much cleaner all around with a much more efficient staff. Best of all the doctors really take the time to get to know you.

Dr. Beaumont, his nurses and the lab techs here are amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.

This Clinic has some of the best receptionist staff there could be. Especially Sara, who was greatly informative and helped kindly with all my concerns before receiving care.
