My daughter Jessica & myself Doug Hoskins stopped at the new Berlin store and were greeted by Ron Baker. Mr Baker was very congenial, knowledgeable & patient with us. I'm not very computer literate & Mr Baker took the time to explain things to me so I could understand. I ended up purchasing a new phone & am very happy I did! It took Ron about an hour to transfer my data because my old phone was so overfull & screwed up. It was a VERY positive experience. Ron called me a week later to see how I was doing with my new phone, which I appreciated. Great customer service! Great employee!

Had the most wonderful experience at this particular Verizon store! They were so helpful and knowledgeable and able to explain our plan Plus followed up with a phone call and text message to see how we all were enjoying our four phones and the new plan. The first bill is a little higher but can’t wait to see the few next ones because they’re going to be lower! I would definitely recommend this store to every Verizon user out there !!!!!!

Nicholas was extremely kind and helpful, he helped my mom and me get perfect phones. Infinitely better than 99 percent of other phone stores.

Zhabar was a great help when I came in! He greeted me at the door, was kind, personable, and helped me put on my screen protector! I will definitely be going to him when I upgrade my phone.

We also felt confident with his knowledge of the product and how he patiently answered all of our questions. You have some good people to take you into the near future.

My husband and I, in addition of getting wonderful deals from Todd when we moved to Verizon from At&T back in June, we had some questions about our bill two months later.. Jamie E not only was very patient with us, but took the time to explain and answer all of our questions, and went above and beyond to find additional discounts to apply to our contract. That is what I call great customer service. Glad to be at Verizon.

I had the most wonderful customer service from Darion the Store Manager at the New Berlin location. He was so kind and patient. Darion went out of his way to help me and also was not pushy or trying to sell items I was not interested in. I purchased a new I Phone 13 pro from Darion. I highly recommend Darion, can't say enough good about him.

Sales rep Nate Abraham was most helpful fixing phone issues that no one else was able to solve. He took the time to explain each step and waited until I tried all the features to ensure everything was working properly. I appreciate the fast and high quality customer service so that I was able to leave with all issues resolved. Thanks, Nate!

So after not having very good service through the Verizon store the down the road from our house, our phone upgrades were accidentally sent to the New Berlin store where we had the pleasure of working with Terrance. We are actually happy that our phones were accidentally sent to your store because Terrance turned our previous bad experience into an amazing experience. Terrance took the time to explain the different upgrade packages that were available, and was very transparent in explaining pricing and what we would be paying. He was very personable, entertaining, and made the time we spent doing our upgrade fly by. His customer service is something you don’t get everywhere, and even though your store is further from us we will definitely be making that drive just to work with him in the future! Thank you Terrance, you are simply awesome! 10 of 10 from us!

Wanted to give compliments to Dan O. at the New Berlin Verizon for setting me up with a new phone, ipad and Disney bundle. Being 50 years old and somewhat technologically challenged it was a pleasure to have Dan's help through this transition.
I have been with Verizon for 20 years and each time I have to go back in and replace a phone it can be painful learning new systems. This seemed to be the easiest new phone I have had yet and since I am not getting any better with this tech, I know it was Dan's help that made things go smoothly. Also wanted to thank Dan F. who helped me sync my phone with a new car I just bought and showed me some other things on the phone. I was fortunate to have help from these two exemplary representatives of Verizon and just wanted to thank them and wish them a happy new year.
