I had a brief issue with my online curbside order today. It was over an hour behind schedule and the app was not updating with any information. I called the store and spoke with a Lead front end named Dee. He was very patient with me on the phone and took the time to go to the online order department and get me an updated status on my order. Dee called right back when he said he would and followed through to the end. He had the best meaners and was extremely professional on the phone. Sometimes just having a calm collected and professional person in customer service can keep a situation from turning left.

In and out, I used there app. Just installed it. Did the scan and go, wow it was quick. I'm looking to see if other stores I frequent has this app. Very impressed. But as you can tell I get impressed easily

Way better than the Sam's near 17th Ave N and 34th st! I actually got everything I needed for once ! Also it's wider lanes and more options must be a bigger store ... Glad I took an excursion

I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my sister & brother-in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary this past week. When I picked it up on Wednesday, I was sooo very impressed by what I saw! All the guests at the reception were amazed by the perfection AND the deliciousness of this yummy cake!
I will DEFINITELY order another cake from Sam’s at Belcher & Park in Largo.

Getting tires had my little support fur baby with me the employees were very nice and customers loved my little girl

Brandon Sam’s Club has the friendliest people, they showed me the scan and go option on the app and I never have to wait in the checkout line again!!

I needed a quick fix on a under inflated tire as I was leaving on a long trip the next day. I was fortunate to contact Dave by phone and he told me to bring the car in right away. There I was assisted by Eric on the front desk and he scheduled me in for the repair. It only took about an hour due to both Eric and Dave's help. All of this at no cost as a Sam's Club member.

I also learned a lot from Eric about the types of tires for my car and I might buy replacement Michelin's when I return form my trip.

Always interesting to see new items.
Dusappointed they didn't have as many smaller pretty table top live Christmas arrangements this year anywhere or sold out early.

Truck docks are in back on Right Hand Side of store. No overnight parking signs. Has 6 docks, put tandems back. Have to walk to other side of bldg from docks to Rcv Door in inner corner. Fast unload. Stay in truck while unloading. BOL brought out to your truck. Just enough room to back into docks. Doors 2, 4 and 5 are numbered.

Great selection. Excellent prices. Good deals on printer ink. I have been a member for many years. They also have great prices on laptops.

I went with my friend, for the first time, i cant afford a card. But i liked so much i am going to see how can i be associate .
Really a good store

Just got my membership today and went shopping! Awesome stuff and some great deals, BUT they didn't have my calamata olives! That sucks. Oh well, I hope they get them in. Otherwise, it's a good place to shop. Also, I love the pick-up service! So easy!

FUJISAN SUSHI exceeded all of my expectations I am a sushi connoisseur, and his sushi is fresh and authentic. I could not ask for anything more 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend. Extremely fast service extremely kind staff !!!

Today I asked the meat department to cut some bone-in pork chops a little thicker than what they had in their case. No problem. They cut 3lbs for me about 3/4 inch just right. I very much appreciated their cheerful help.

My 1st time at this Sam's. Little different than I'm used to. They check your card when you enter which seems unnecessary since you can't check out without the card but whatever. I couldn't find any carrots.

Excellent customer service! I left an item in my cart tonight right before closing. The parking lot is lacking in lighting and I guess I just didn’t see the item when packing my car. I left and did another errand and when I got home at 8:30 I realized that I was missing an item. I tried calling the store but no answer. So I went back to the store with the hopes that the item would still be in the cart in the cart return in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the carts were all put away but I saw some workers near the door. Joey came over to my car and was really nice and offered to check the carts. He was not able to find my item so he went in the store and got me another off the shelf! He was so welcoming and friendly! He is a great example of excellent customer service! I love their meat pizza! It’s cheap and delicious! Just call ahead to put the order.

Went to pick up a few things for the first time went to this store it is huge and clean will be going to 34th street next as it's closer to me

Great Employees. Mary at the Service Desk is exceptionally helpful and very kind ! She always gives 150% and goes above and beyond to make certain that you are fully happy with your Services and Transactions at the Service Desk all in a Timely Manner.
The Store is always very well Stocked and there are Plenty of Employees available for Assistance if needed.
