The best service I have ever received at an ATT store. A friend and neighbor recommended I see Dylan for my phone problems. She was soooo right!!! three people at another ATT store couldn’t figure out what was wrong, and he had it working in five minutes. Also very efficiently helped us upgrade an old phone and buy a new iPad. No pressure and great information. The best customer service!

Raymond the manager and his associate Lorena were fantastic! I walked in with dismal issues as a new AT&T customer wanting to cancel my account, but he fixed it all, even my son ended up joining AT&T that day! Lorena was excellent assisting with getting our new phones set up. They are certainly excellent delegates of AT&T.

So much more helpful than another ATT store I went to a few miles away. Alexander was wonderful to deal with. He answered all my questions and set up my new hot spot service (and my dog liked him and she hates everyone.)

I wanna give Lionel and Brittney a huge shoutout for helping me today they are the backbone of AT&T and should be noticed more and appreciated. When you go to AT&T hopefully you get Lionel and Brittany !!!

Lorrena was super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the store. The store was staffed to handle the shopping traffic and I had no waiting. All of the associates were patient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Honestly this place doesn't feel like a store, it feels like a home. The staff seems like a well functioning family who are welcoming and helpful to anyone walks in. I walked in unsure about switching service and came out knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

let me say this, this isn’t a lot of stores around that are able to answer all of my questions without confusion or Dumbfoundment. The rep i worked with, alexander, not only helped me save money but also guided me from start to finish of setting up my new iphone 13 pro.
