Excellent customer service from top to bottom! Some great product and service offerings (like the Ca$hNow Loans and a generous Certificate of Deposit return rate). Mobile app could certainly be better, but I actually enjoy going into my local branch instead anyways. Solid credit union to be a member with.

Great service and helped me with every step of the way. Chris was extremely helpful and ensured that opening my account was easy and I understood everything. Would definitely recommend banking here if you’re in the St. Pete area.

Well, I have bee n doing business with them over 50 years,but there way of checking your accounts by computer really is for the birds, if Iam on vacation say in Europe its impossible. THEY CAN DO BETTER!

Seamless process- took about an hour to get my loan approved, start to finish in a hour! Sarah was a pleasure to help w/ my needs!

I have been banking here for about 13 years and I love it. I have never had a problem with my branch. The branch manager and the staff are always ready to help me with my financial deposits and other banking needs. I would highly recommend this branch and the Credit Union to everyone I know.

We have been members of this credit union for many years. First, during the 70's when it was titled St. Petersburg Employee's Credit Union and being a fire department paramedic at that time it was the only place that would finance 95% for us to buy our home. Later, when it became Florida Central Credit Union the same loyal service continued. It is local, we often see other neighbors, friends, here and the employees have always been very accommodating. Currently the banking options are all 21st century standard and offering industry competitive CD rates. Ms. Annjillene the branch mng. and Mr. Famous the member service representative are first rate employees that make one feel like extended family rather than "just" a customer to be served because its a job. Each employee that we have met over the years all meet this profile. We never do business with a bank, only Florida Central Credit Union...and we still have our first home and own it free and clear. Thank you for believing in us.

I've been with them since they took over the St. Petersburg Municipal Credit Union years ago. Their interest checking is much higher than the average big bank. I've had car loans, and home improvement loans as well. Recently, one Sunday night, I filled out an online loan application to remodel my bathroom and the very helpful branch manager Annjillene Jones called me the next morning that I was approved. I signed some online documents and had the money in my checking account in a matter of minutes. Such great service.

Had a very good experience at this credit union. I called and spoke with Annjillene who asked my name and used it throughout the whole conversation. I’m not a member of the credit union but I’ve been looking for auto loans because I need to refinance. When speaking with Annjillene she gave me so many options and offered me an appointment to come in and talk in person. Never had such personalized service and I will definitely consider bringing my business over. Overall a great experience. Don’t find such great service in this economy.

Annjillene Jones, the branch manager at FCCU in St. Pete on 16th St. N, is phenomenal. We contacted her about an auto loan and she had us approved on the same day with very competitive rates. Because of her responsiveness, we were able to drive away with our new car later that day. Thank you Annjillene for the terrific service!!!

Lisa was probably the most helpful teller I've ever gotten at this credit union. Not to say that the service has ever been sub-par...she just went above and beyond the bar of what I consider exceptional customer service. She answered all my questions and resolved all my problems with a bright beaming smile and pleasant tone. This credit union needs more employees like her.

Had 3 car loans with FCCU, online banking is wonderful. I recommend to everyone! Just wish drive thru would tell people with issues to pull over and deal with them in another way for us people who just want to do a simple deposit. I understand ATM deposit which I do all the time but Cash I dont want to ATM deposit.

Had a great experience with Laurie McClave DeCresie refinancing our vehicles in less than a week. Lowered our payments pretty significantly, no payments for 90 days, better coverage with extended warranty, gap insurance and payment protection and we got $700 cash back between our two vehicles!

If you want to look into refinancing your vehicles (in Florida) don’t hesitate to contact Laurie. She is awesome to work with and a true professional. Very happy customer!

I have been a member of this credit union for many years. The tellers are helpful and friendly. There rates are comparable to a regular bank. I would recommend this place to anyone that is not looking to deal with a regular bank.
