Pilot Travel Center

We are OTR Truck Drivers and stayed here for a day and a half. We were expecting a package to arrive with very important documents in it for us to have on the truck so we can keep making money. Tyler, the new store manager, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He went above and beyond for us, delivering exceptional customer service. We couldn’t be more appreciative. You guys got yourself a FANTASTIC new manager on your hands. This store will surely thrive with him in charge. Thanks Tyler and good luck there.

Place was great- HOWEVER, Deandra at Subway was SUPER RUDE. Spent $33 on two subs and asked her to add more toppings to our sandwiches as she only originally put on very little and she said literally “no! Then the other customers won’t have any”. GIRL BYE! She needs an attitude adjustment. The entire Subway does.

Always fun to stop at Pilot. Very clean restrooms. Great deli with fine hotdog products. Large selection of coffee products. Great to stop for a quick break

Great Location In Midway, FL On I-10. BIG, BIG, BIG Place. Very Clean-Inside & Outside. Lots Of Truck Parking. 8 Fuel Lanes-To Get Ya In & Out. Has A Subway & Dunkin Express. Very Well Stocked W/Lots Of Variety Of Hot & Cold Food & Drinks-W/The Norm Of Snacks. Employees Are Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional. AWESOME PILOT! KUDO'S!!

I left a very special hat this morning in shower number six. If anybody has found this there is a reward for this hat, this is a very special one of a kind hat.
Other than that establishment is very clean all the staff is pretty as and it was a good 70 start

I stay here a lot. Never had any issues, but this morning a driver turned to sharpe and busted my hood, light and broke my mirror off. The manager there, Melissa, was a great help and very friendly. Great experience with her !!

Pretty decent truck stop...nothing special..I've seen worse and I've also seen better.....went in tonight at around 5pm 12/20/22 and yes they do have a laundry room..

Nice and clean, huge rest stop. Caters to truckers, and semi trucks rule! Massive selection of snacks and drinks for the road. Subway inside, which is what you'd expect for a gas station type Subway, consistent for what it is. They do have some tourist type nick-nacks etc. Lots of gas pumps. Easy to get in and out of and very close to 1-10.

Always quick service. Clean restrooms and showers. A one stop shop for food, fuel and the rest of the necessitys needed for road trips. Fuel prices are always good and easy access from the highway exit. We have stopped here for over 12 years and no disappointments. Highly recommend this place 👍👍

Love this place. Staff is very friendly, professional and it's the cheapest quality gas anywhere! Super busy location, so be careful. Mixture of big rigs and cars. Easy to get in and out. Lots of space, just very busy. Has a very well stocked, large conveince store, Subway and Italian pizzeria. I think the subway is 24hrs. Parking if harder in FRONT of store, due to flow of traffic trying to get or wait in line for gas, so be careful. Great jewel to find.

I really enjoyed it at the Pilot Travel Center!!! I ate lunch at the Subway there. The Subway was very clean and had really great service!!! The man who made the sandwiches there was so good and talk about fast - he took the orders accurately and made my sandwich exactly as I wanted it!!! I'll definitely go back to that Subway again!!! The Pilot Travel Center was really clean as well!!!

I'm a Truck Driver this time through. Had to take a shower, it's late and so I used the app to reserve it. 5 available showers at the time, Got right in. Shower # 6 and I goo put the #40004 pin in and there's a cleaning bottle on the toilet paper roll dispenser. I walk around the corner to meet Arisha. She's just closing up another clean shower and I let her know about the spray bottle, so she can have it before I start to shower. In case she needed it. She comes over to inspect what I was talking about, she informed me 2 things. 1 thing is she didn't leave it and 2 that shower was NOT up to her standards and it wasn't even clean. I looked in to see and with hair in the shower, still wet, sink and mirror filthy and toilet not clean. She saved me a stressful shower experience right off the rip. Praise goes to Arisha and I thank her for getting me into HER standards of a clean shower area. Thank YOU! Alisha for having standards above the prior shift that cleared shower #6. Shower #3 was amazing all around. CLEAN, GREAT PRESSURE, AND HOT WATER!!! 10 out of 10 stars.

It was very clean went in this morning and the maintenance man Collins was so polite. He Hold the door for me and said Good Morning Sir how are you doing. With a smile. Good and respectful young man. And for him to be doing the job that he does he act like he love it. We need more people in this world like him... I give it 5 star's.. I love to see some one take pride in they work... I'll pass any store to get to pilot. I like to spend my money where it's appropriate.. I recommend anyone to stop there...

We travel all over the US which is job related...we seek Pilots when we are needing to stop and get some snacks, coffee to wake up, a bathroom break etc. Reason we only stop at Pilots..... restrooms are ALWAYS clean...store is well stocked with any and all eats and drinks and they ALWAYS actually have really cute shirts and hats!!! Employees are always well trained, and fast checking you out and friendly which is rare for most individuals working in convenient stores.

The service was awesome, fast, and friendly. From the time my family of 8 walked in for the restrooms,to the restaurants, and to the front counter. The employees and managers were all friendly and all the same page, with serving their guest with great customer service. And I can't forget about Chris who was serving us in the Delucas.

Another good stop for food and fuel. We enjoy stopping at pilot stations because most of the are very RV FRIENDLY
Driving for hours on end can create a lot of stress, I would like to thank pilot for being a place where I can leave that stress behind. Good food, fast fuel ups and polite staff always makes for the perfect stop.

I LOVE this Pilot Station! Best Gas prices I've found anywhere in Florida, and I've driven the state from the Keys to Pensacola. You can't walk in without someone saying "Welcome to Pilot" and there's not much you cannot find in this place
