SunStop Store #592

This is one of my favorite stores. Today I stopped in and received great customer service from Theresa. Much appreciated 💚

Just stopped in because the steak n shake across the street locked down their bathrooms. Both employees (one was named Diamond, I didn't see the other badge) were were super nice and bathroom is well done and clean! I ended up buying stuff just to make sure to spend money at their establishment. Thanks guys!

Great store with great staff. For all those complaining about holds on their credit cards; if you read the sign posted on the pumps it explains about the holds that are possible when using your card at the gas pumps. It also explains that you can avoids this by paying for your gas inside the store.

Got gas very crowded had to go inside to get a receipt. Long line to get receipt. Like this all the time.

Good place to fill gas. In Tallahassee it's one among the cheaper ones too.

Locals tell me they have the cheapest gas around.

Great in and out!!!

The little eatery "Eatz" is a good place for quick stop for lunch or breakfast. The food is good and the assistant Manager for Eatz Mrs Stephanie Johnson is very nice and attentive to get customers, she was very kind to us. I do believe she is a great asset to your company.

Great gas prices

It's okay, the staff is great, no complaints at all. The rating is from the fact it's a gas station, I mean a 5 star gas station? It's got to be something really awesome to get that, like say one that floated out to sea to fill up your boat awesome.

Store seems cleanish but there is always a long line to check out

This is the best gas station around with the worst customer service. They don't care about anything they barely look at you in the eye. I have a rewards member card and I am never asked to put that loyalty ID in to Dave money.
The pumps won't let me sace money either as when I put in my loyalty card number it just freezes. I have tried about four times to come here to save money on gas and have failed all four times.
I am Management in customer service and if the employees acted the way they did at my store they would be gone in a heartbeat.
Again this store looks amazing and always has products stocked but the customer service does not bring me back.
