Panera Bread

We came into the place about 20 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve. The staff was gracious and did everything that they could to accommodate us. They had run out of almost everything; but, did their best to satisfy us. They did NOT rush us in any way as we ate our meal in the cafe. Most definitely will go back!

Great place for quality food,fast service, friendly, helpful employees. Come alone,with family,significant other,or a group,they're a great place to meet&eat. Fresh,hot,good food&drinks

Loved the taste of the food, and the service was great, but the food definitely is pricey! Two small cups of chicken noodle soup and two half grilled cheese sandwiches with not enough cheese for the thickness of the bread for a three year old and five year old, and two pick-two meals for us grandparents, including two small cups of soup and two 1/2 sandwiches with four cookies and no drinks for any of us was almost $60, $15 per person, with tax and no tip!!!:) Inflation has hit Panera Bread and its customers hard!!!:(

The staff is extra friendly, asked if I needed help lifting a high chair and brought it over to our table. Allowed a custom breakfast order at 10:29 when they were swapping over to lunch. They are diligent about the loyalty rewards and offered my little one a complimentary cookie. This is our favorite location.

I go to Panera two or three times a week. The food is excellent.

Everything you order at Panera is always delicious. And they process your order very fast.

I love coming here! I only keep coming back for Camille. She has fabulous customer service and 100% should stay a manager. Sandwiches are perfectly portioned 🩷

I love Jan! My friend and I have the sip club rewards and are soooo addicted to the charged lemonades. We go daily and she always is the sweetest! She always is so happy and just puts a smile on our faces every time and tells us to have a blessed day. Not only is Jan a good worker but I’ve been very pleased with the rest of the staff as well! Everyone seems very nice and positive!

I had a Doordash delivery person dash off with my order. I called the cafe and the manager was nice enough to call Doordash and sent me a new order 20 minutes later in the middle of a lunch rush. Very good customer service.

The very handsome and respectful red haired young man making my food deserves a raise! He helped us bring our food to our car and gave us a extra cookie because they messed up our last order, 10/10 amazing service!

While maintaining the thought of spending a bit more for a meal here, the food is really good. I personally am obsessed with the pick 2. The restaurant is pretty clean at all times and the staff is friendly. There is an abundance of options from their freshly baked everyday bakery to their fresh kitchen sandwiches and soups.

Fast and friendly service. Food was great. They now have self order kiosks if that's your thing. The line was short and the restaurant was very clean. I've avoided breadco the past several years due to shrinking portion size and increasing prices, but my half sandwich and soup was the perfect size. Would recommend to anyone.

The food is consistently awesome! Be sure to check your drive-thru order. They have left soup out of my bag 3 times. The drive-thru employees are always so friendly (you can tell I drive thru a lot, lol!) ETA: Make that FOUR times, LOL! You’d think I’d learn my lesson and check my order. #lessonlearned

Even though the place seemed busy today I was very happy with the service it did close at 1 pm today due to the staffing but everywhere seems to have that issue right now. They seemed to still have rapid pickups and deliveries though so they were very nice and apologetic when the food was taken a while to make.

My husband picked up a salad for me last night, when I opened it I quickly noticed the chicken was missing. I called our Lake St Louis location to advise them of their error. The person I complained to said they’d make a delivery to me as soon as a driver was available. I thought I’d receive only the chicken, but I received a new salad and a cookie!! Thank you St Louis Bread Co for coming through for me. I’ve been eating your food for more years than I can remember and I will continue for years to come.

We went through the drive through the employee told us it would be 20 minutes for our order and asked if we still wanted to order. We did, but it didn't take nearly that long. But we give her credit for giving us a heads up for the possible delay anyway.

Their chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl is heavenly! Very friendly staff! I also love their Mac n cheese in a bread bowl. Their baguettes are the closest thing to the bread I had in Paris,France. Very delicious! Would definitely recommend!

I’m a sucker for a great baguette so I like Panera. I travel for work and often stop by a Panera during my stays in different places and the bread does vary from location. I had a Baja bowl from here with two pieces of bread on the side and I must say it was the best baguette I’ve had in a while from here! The bowl was also great!
