AT&T Store

I walked into a Best Buy and tried to get a new phone, and contract with AT&T because it is the only service that gets reception in the area I am working in. It was the biggest mess I have EVER experienced...Multiple phone calls and technical difficulties later between Best Buy and AT&T I went from being approved for 999+ lines to being required to pay a mandatory deposit. I got on the phone with AT&T at Best Buy and they were able to help me resolve the issues and I walked out of there seven hours later thinking all was good. Two hours later Best Buy & AT&T canceled my order while trying to ensure I wasn't charged for the phone Best Buy tried to activate. The following day I walked into this store and Haylee and her team were AMAZING! The issue had become so complicated it turns out they could not help me at their store. Haylee went the extra mile to take my problem up the chain, find out what I needed to do and where EXACTLY I needed to go. She called me while she was on her lunch break to get me all of the information. The next day I followed her instructions and was finally able to get everything sorted out. Had it not been for Haylee going the extra mile, I don't know how I would have straightened this mess out. Thank you, Haylee and team!!

I needed a copy of my deceased brother's phone bill I paid. These ladies helped me to the best of what was available to them. They sent me to another store that had greater abilities to locate the receipt but could not find it as the account was closed and it was a 40 year old landline. I was told all those records were closed. They also tried and tried. Can anyone at ATT help me? Please help. And don't tell me to log into my brother's account as I tried that first. Maybe channel 5 needs to get involved!?!?

The store clerk was absolutely amazing! Both over the phone manners as well as customer service skills in store were just incredible! He honestly turned my whole day around. Generally happy person eager to help. Need more people like him out there!

Juanita at this store gave me the absolute best, most personalized customer service experience I have ever gotten in my life. She went above and beyond to help me switch my service to AT&T, talked me into buying some accessories that I definitely ended up needing, and got me to upgrade my service plan but still made me feel like I got a good deal. I am very happy with the switch, and I will definitely go to her for anything I need in the future. Juanita seriously should be at the manager or corporate level, she is smart and personable. AT&T is lucky to have her and I am so glad she was there when I walked in!

Was highly impressed by customer service of ATT employee Demarco at this ATT location. He assisted me with replacing a screen protector on my iPhone. Not only did he replace it quickly and accurately, but he was friendly and very personable. I will definitely go back to this location for any future cell phone needs. Thanks!

If you go there and you get Juanita you’re in luck! She’s an amazing worker and gets the job done smooth, correct, and in a timely fashion. There was another man at the store who while he didn’t help me I saw be very polite and helpful to an older women next to us! Shout out to those 2 they were doing a great job! If you need help from AT&T I would highly recommend going to this store! Juanita was once again AMAZING and you can trust she’ll help you the way you need!

Wonderful experience! Juanita and Bracken were so helpful with everything we needed! Upgrading one of our two phones and buying two sets of AirPods! They were very friendly and experienced! Will always come to this location! They made our day! Excellent service! I’d give them 10 stars it I could!

I wanted to say thank you to Juanita Gutierrez for helping me find the perfect cases & screen protectors. As i was getting gifts for family. She looked up my account to make sure i was getting the right phone cases & best deals! Such a nice girl.

Bracken was at the lamp and lantern village at&t store. I was needed some help and thankful he was very nice talk to us and made sure that when we left we knew what was happening and how the process wasn't so bad. Thankful for this manger to being honest and very nice to me and my husband. I will be driving the extra mintues just to get the service we are expected.

I usually go to the AT&T store in Wentzville, but they did not have the color I wanted for my new phone, so I went to the Lake Saint Louis location instead…. I was so glad that I did! Bracken Deathrage was extremely friendly and helpful, and even took the time to review our account to make sure that we were taking advantage of all available discounts. I was so impressed with his customer service that I will be visiting this location from now on!

Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had moved here from Florida and needed to get set up a new phone and tablet. He answered all my questions and had me up and running in no time at all. Definitely would recommend this store for all your AT&T needs and questions 😎👍🏻📲

I been an ATT customer for about 2 years now and have not had the best experience with customer service. Every time I have an issue with my account and need help the reps tend be very dismissive and short. But this time I was helped by a guy name Chris and he changed my whole experience. He was extremely patient, nice, and attentive. He handled all my concerns and had a great attitude. I’m glad to see this store under new management and to finally be able to talk to someone who is actually helpful. Chris is definitely the guy to come to.

Our experience with Chris was incredible!! He was helpful, thorough, and very kind as we asked questions, made changes, and decisions on purchases within our AT&T. He answered our questions and was so great juggling the many customers that came in while he was helping us alone. Definitely our best experience in the 10+ years that my family has been AT&T customers. Thank you!!

Went to upgrade my partner's phone to an S22Ultra, had the time of my life. Associate I spoke with was very friendly and amazing. AND NOT TO MENTION HIS NAME IS FREAKIN BRACKEN DEATHERAGE. I've never had as much fun or laughed as hard as I have with him. Definitely coming back to this store. He's even a tattoo lineart creator. What are the odds?!

Jon was very helpful with helping my wife and daughter get new phones. He also identified some discounts that we were eligible for that we weren’t taking advantage of. Jon also gladly stayed late (we thought they closed at 8, not 7) to help transfer everything over and make sure the phones worked properly before we left. We have had plenty of bad experiences with cell phone store customer service but Jon was the exception.

Bracken helped me upgrade to a newer iphone and made the process as smooth and easy as possible, he helped me get the right fit for my needs and to be as cost effective as possible, i would recommend anyone work with him for all mobile service needs!

Yesterday was an awesome experience upgrading my iphone , after it had been damaged over the holiday weekend. The store associate was very helpful , professional and was knowledgeable about the products AT&T offers . I’ve always had friendly , fast service at this location and it is much appreciated. The reason I gave this store a 5 is totally because the only person working there was John. There was 2 people ahead of me and he was friendly taking care of them until he was finished then moved to the next customer and took care of them in the men to me 5 more customers entered. It was then my turn. I could not see how many more came in . I has a big problem due to AT&T WITH my new phones. John knew exactly what to do to correct this and did not waste time..in the mean time a man came to the counter wanting to speak with the manager calling a name. John politely said the manager could not come in due to a family issue. He guy again wanted to call his attention to the manager and was so rude. John politely told the man I will get to you as soon as I can when it's your turn. Right now I'm taking care of this customer.
He was professional and got my problems resolved.. I was not thrilled how long of a wait but I can say that it's due to John I will continue going there. Thank you John you are great!!!!
