I'm a Realtor and worked with Metes and Bounds for the first time recently. It won't be the last. As the buyer's agent, I wasn't really their client, but everyone -- especially Judy Moore in the Mount Dora office -- went above and beyond to get the deal closed by the end of the year. Judy not only went into the office on her day off (New Year's Eve), but went the FedEx office to chase down the check so it would fund in time. Excellent communication. Complete competence. Amazing service.

Metes and Bounds quickly and successfully assisted with the sale of my home. From my inexperienced perspective, it was a very complicated transaction that initially was poorly handled by a competitor. After I terminated the previous service provider, they literally took control of the process mid-stream, and "got us over the goal line" without having to delay closing. This team was phenomenal, the professionalism and customer service standards they provided were world class!!

I am truly impressed with the responsiveness and updates of the team I have been working with at Metes & Bounds. Delena Adams has been working the file and has provided the most detailed and pleasant updates to everyone. April Tori, our closer has gone above an beyond to help us with questions and her response time is phenomenal. Considering all the files they have going at once- they have made my clients feel like a priority each an every time. Can't say enough about this wonderful group! This is my second closing with Metes&Bounds at the Pagonia Rd Office. It was a great experience on both occasions. The staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions. They are very courteous and very professional. My closure, Stacy Turner had been great and very helpful through the process. I have nothing bad to say, but thanks and cheers!!!!. I highly recommend them.

Firstly I must say that I have no ties to this company other than using them several times for house closings. But recently I ran into some issues with a closing which made me think ....... What qualities do you need from a Title company? Perhaps timely, accurate and detailed services, delivered precisely and professionally. That's all right?

Yes, that may be all but sometimes "how" you do the thing you do really matters. So this unsolicited feedback is not an opinion, it is my actual experience.

Without question this team of ladies know their stuff and have checked every single box every single time. If there was a bump in the process, hurdle to overcome, or brick wall in their way, they have gone over or around when possible, and through it when necessary. And they do it with style, polish, and they do it politely. Just an outstanding group of professionals.

I cannot say enough positive stuff about this team simply because they make my life easier by doing what they do and doing it better than anyone else.
