Been eating here for years. Best Chinese take out in Savannah.

Big portions general tso fried rice and sesame chicken and noodles. This place is A GEM!!! Southside get over there! Very nice menu! Highly recommended

Amazing staff! I had arrived after placing an order and somehow took the wrong order with me. Without realizing it, the restaurant called me to tell me there was a mistake. I got home and realized I had the wrong order and called them. The woman was very pleasant on the phone and helped correct the mistake. The initiative there was amazing and I cannot recommend them enough based on merit alone. The food was also good!

I love this place! The owners too! My food is always good and right! I can't seem to get past the shrimp fried rice and chicken wings! The flavor is fantastic! I would post a picture, but I ate it too fast!

I have been eating at this place for years and they have always been very consistent with the food. The egg rolls are good the boneless fried chicken is really good. Beef with mushrooms are always a favorite. The chicken lo mein is really good. Egg fo young is really good as well. Have to have the shrimp fried rice and the regular white rice is even really good. Chicken wings are surprisingly very good as well. Sweet and sour chicken very good and really anything I have ever eaten was really good. Call ahead as it takes a few minutes for the food to be cooked fresh they always say 20 minutes and it normally is 25-30 unless they are not super busy then it can be 15 minutes but they are normally pretty busy.

I have been eating from here for over 24 years and Never had a bad meal.
The Chicken with Hot Cabbage is the best and their Hot & sour soup is the best in town. The people their are some of the nicest people I know I have watched their children grow up through the years as they have mine and consider them as good Friends

Wasn't a guge fan of the sweet and sour chicken with the sauce on top, it made the chicken soggy BUT everything else we had was amazing. The hot and sour soup was the next I've had in Savannah and the shrimp fried rice was delicious. Ive searched a while for a great Chinese restaurant in Savannah (born and raised) and this is now my go to!

Always has good food, family owned, and very welcoming. Mrs. Lisa and her husband have been cooking there since I was in high school. If you like authentic food with original (or close to it) ingredients, this is a must try.

The best Chinese Restaurant in Savannah. This is a hole in the wall and I said I would NEVER eat here... Wow, I was so wrong. I went to every Chinese Restaurant in Savannah before giving in and going in. Not much to see and yes, you will have to wait. Every order is cooked to order, even the soup! The Sesame Chicken done spicy with vegetable fried rice is my favorite. The portion sizes are insane.

Excellent food. Been going here for 20 years. Watched the owners work when their girls grew up helping out. The girls are grown and on their way. The restaurant is always consistently good. It is 95% takeout but there is informal seating available. They also sell Chinese art.

The waitress was very gracious and helpful. She offered and texted the menu to my phone because I couldn't see all that they offered. I would go to New China Garden again. I was looking for good Asian food and got it.

I've driven past this restaurant a million times on my way to Walgreens and finally decided to get dinner here with my boyfriend. It took a while to get our food but when we got it home everything was fresh and delicious. They even gave us a bigger size house lo mein at no extra charge. I ordered the chicken curry spicy of level 7 with white rice. Not as spicy as I thought it would be but it still tasted great. My boyfriend ordered the sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice and an egg roll. He said it was all delicious. The crab Rangoon (crab lily) was also great. Will definitely be coming back and this has become my new favorite Chinese take-out in Savannah.

I ordered here for the first time and I believe that I have found my SPOT. I ordered the Vegetable fried rice and when i say everything was so tasteful and delicious. It was great, I will definitely be coming back here to order again.

Uau. Excellent food. Fresh and tasty. Great price and incredibly fast service. Definitely recommend instead of the usual off road fast food stuff. Way better.

A MUST TRY RESTAURANT
I've been eating here for 15yrs. I've watched their children grow and they are super nice. Plus they are the only place you can get AUTHENTIC FRIED RICE NOT YELLOW RICE. I love this place and will ride all the way from the downtown area or Pooler to get it.

Authentic and deliciously flavored food. I have taken out from numerous places and this place never disappoints me. If you're looking for the Americanized, fast food version of oriental food this isn't the place for you. Love this place!

Hi Miss Lisa. I always eat at New China Garden with Miss Lisa and her husband. Their food is so good. I've turned a couple of people on to that spot and they loved it as well people who say that their food is nasty something is obviously wrong with your taste buds. Kudos to Miss Lisa and the new China Garden on Largo right at Abercorn across from the Walgreens y'all go check them out! Miss W

They're excellent greet is what had me sold then the taste of there soy sauce in the pepper steak is something I've never tasted before I normally don't rate but they definitely deserved this mad I didn't leave a tip but they forever have my money wen I want Chinese very authentic.

If you're looking for a place to get steaming hot Chinese food this is the place to go. One order of teriyaki chicken, an order of generals tso chicken, large egg drop soup and some crab lily have made this cold Savannah night better. Owner/employees were very welcoming and friendly it felt like they knew me.

Tried it for the first time last night and the experience was great.. the food was great and the Owners were very friendly.. they have recently updated their menu as far as prices so don't go off the old pink menu online before you order call in first to inquire about the food prices the prices are not outrageous but most of the menu items have gone up a dollar or two but I will definitely be eating here again
