Good selection of quality tools that really aren't sold anywhere that I can find except online.

My shopping experience was fun. They always have great products to choose from. The store is well organized and clean. The isles are clearly labeled. The staff is friendly and professional!

Love this store, the workers are super helpful and great prices on everything and the tools are good quality. It's no Snap On but for a DIY this is the place to go. Plus the store manager Flint was great and helped me find everything I needed.

Glad I found this location. Whenever I need tools or supplies I have a great experience every time. The lady at the register is extremely sweet, helpful and very funny. They also have some really great clearance deals that are in store only. Check them out

It's a tool place. I'm a guy that means I have to love it. They have a good variety. It's harbor freight. You get what you pay for on some things, but some of the tools are really good. It's all in what you're looking for. I do like to shop there cuz most of their stuff is cheaper and for some things I don't need the expensive models

The store associates are the best! They are friendly and extremely helpful in locating an item you are looking for. I always shop here when I'm in Savannah.

I've been purchasing tools from here for a while, and if anything has not been up to par, they are quick to do what they can to fix the situation.

Excellent Place To Shop Hard To Find Items

Most excellent customer service. I called to check inventory on a product. The associate took the time to look for it on a recent delivery, found it, held it for me at the front of the store until I arrived. Associate was friendly, courteous and very helpful. My husband was looking for a huge wrench for our travel trailer hitch on New Year’s Eve afternoon (looked at Home Depot and Lowe’s with no luck!). The hitch ball was a little loose and we certainly didn’t feel safe hitching up and taking off down the road without tightening it. The shop was locking the doors just as my husband pulled up. They let him in and helped him find exactly what we needed!

Great value and selection at this store. Best price on Tarps and pelican type water proof-pressurized cases. Bought two Apache cases; one for photo gear and the other for first aid kit. Great high-quality cases at 1/3 cost! Check their website for product then go save some money!

Everytime I go in I always get great service. Today was a day they went above and beyond. I picked up a wrench rack thought it was $8.99 because of the sticker. I didn't read the whole sticker. Then when it was rung up it was a different price. I think someone picked them up and decided against getting them and put them back in the wrong place. When I went to look at the sticker is when I discovered it. I told them no big deal and still wanted them. I used a coupon to help with the price but the system used it against my other purchase. Then they went into the system and discounted it for me when they didn't have too.

My new favorite place to shop for all my diy, crafting and home improvement needs. I love it here. The staff is friendly and their always stocked! I can always find what I need 🥳

Everything is wonderful. They have recently changed the layout. However. It's still a nice place to visit. May not have anything to buy. But you will see a great deal. Sign up for the sales/coupon flyer. They have great deals. And if you want to try an item? Say an air compressor? And don't want to pay THROUGH THE NOSE? Go to harbor freight. Buy the item. At a lower cost. But same quality. And then you get to feel good about your purchase. I could go on and on on...but simply put. Friendly staff. Great items. Good sales. Good prices. And a well deserved trip.
